The Kitchen stuff was not clean. The cabinet was dusty and there were insects which made me uncomfortable to use them.

At least it had a great view which i could see from dirty window. The location is not so far from public transportation.

Bed sheet and blanket were worn out with many flecks and hairs, im not even sure that it has been washed and replaced since the last customer. Pillow and bolster were brown, so disgusting. Floor, Kitchen cabinet and window area were dirty, with some hairs. Bathroom was a disaster, so stinky, dirty, no toiletpaper, no soap, I didnt dare to enter it. The TV seemed to be controlled from another device, because it turned on and switched around without me touching the remote at all. Until now i havent posted pictures in Booking.com, but for this case, i have to because people need to stay away from it, or the owner needs to improve the service and quality.

I never given any bad reviews on anyone's listings before, but this was the worst stay we have ever had. 260k/night was just not worth it, we have stayed in places that are cheaper than that but there were nothing like this one. The room was filthy, the bed sheets were just too old and worn out, the wifi connection was bad, there was few molds on the walls, the floors were still dusty even after they had it clean when i complained about it, the kettle was nasty (there was bits of indomie leftover and the ants were just nesting inside, this is why i have to give 1/10 rating), the balcony was full of cigarette butts, and there was a nightly rate parking outdoor that cost 50k/night but if the mall is closed you need to walk further from the apartment lobby(that was so hot) which is located in the basement. There was a problem during checkout, i had no idea that their office isnt open until 9am/10am, and i had to go before 9am, so i waited until i have got no patience left, and annoyed the staff with loads of messages until he finally replied. Suggestions: change the kettle and put a huge red sticker nearby to warn the guests that it is only for water and they will be fined if they put anything other than plain water (use the fine to get proper brush and sponge to clean out the kettle), provide indoor slippers, it is okay to increase the rate so you can buy new sheets, and tell the cleaners that even though the balcony is small and only for the ac fan purpose, it is still part of the apartment therefore they should clean it properly. And put an operational hours sign in your office, and write down a number that is available 24/7 for the guests.
