Breakfast was very nice, the villa out of this world and the most friendly staff you could ever meet. Me Khiem was also very nice and he gave us complementary afternoon tea in our villa. Would absolutely recommend staying here for a relaxing holiday, if you are after nightlife etc maybe would not suit you, but for a really relaxing holiday you can not beat it. We had a Villa, that was very very special. The Villa was so big. Room: Each Room has a own Bathroom and big Bed with a lot of space Pool: I never saw a long privat Pool like this Service: For move outside the villa, we always had a Transport (Golf-Cab), who bring us to the Breakfast, Motorbike or outside from Resort. It was a special Experience

The Quality from the Furniture wasn't high quality, but half as bad. Breakfast was ok, quality not from a 5*

I got a villa with beach view but I had to go to the beach by the luxury hotel site because the beach by the villa is just for view, can’t swim there

Nice luxury place, the villa was huge and had a nice private pool

You must use the Hotel's beach instead, which is far from the villa area. Can't cook or bring food into the villa, which is quite inconvenience

The staff were very friendly and show care to customers, I am impressed by that. The communication is smooth and all our questions were solved.

The property was quite old and there are some rust between doors and hingers, so it is quite hard to open and close the doors. The spa experience was good overall but the facilities are old and some are not functional

Nice stuff Private swimming pool

We booked front beach villa, of course because of the beach and sea. After checkin they told us we cannot swim there. The only sea area for swiming was infront od main building. I do not know why it is not written on their page!!! In the pool in our villa floated cigarrets!!! You can see on the photos

Food choice poor, staff very friendly but not trained well so service not up to a 5 star hotel.

The location is so good and perfect. The villa is good and luxurious.

Very disappointed 1) The pool not cleaned and not upto the standard of 5 star category. 2) lizard staying together and roaming around the living room and bedroom. 3) Leeches (blood sucking worm) was found near the pool in the night. Check the photos 4) Snails going around near the pool. Cleanliness can be improved.

The food and taste is good Staffs are kind. Two bed-room villa is big enough for my family, four.

I think the resort was not ready to greet my family. My friend recommend here, but I don't recommend. 1. Villa - It was like a long-empty house. The curtain did not close well, and the door to the pool was rusty and we couldn't open well. My husband could open only one door hard, but failed to open another two. 2. After we arrived, a staff member came to prun the trees on the way to the villa. The road was so messy before the staff cut back the trees. This is another reason. 3. A Tv remote controler did not work and we asked for battery replacement. 4. When we turned on the air conditioner, we saw a message "Time to clean filter" 5. When I pulled the shower hose in the bathtub, water leaked out of the hose. I tightened it because the hose and shower head were separated, also it was not easy to put the shower hose back in, so I just took it out. 6. A piece of steamed corn went bad at breakfast, so the staff said sorry and changed it to new one. 7. I wanted to order room service at 6:30pm but nobody answer the phone. A long time later, the male employee hung up saying he couldn't speak English. I called 5 times and connected, but I had to cancel my order because there was only one steak meat and no wine.
