The shower and the beds were great. The place was spotlessly clean. There was an elevator. The breakfast was good, although it cost MX 89 instead of the advertised 70. We had a room in the back, away from the busy street, and it was very quiet at night. The front desk people were very kind and helpful.

The room was small, the sink was tiny. It was on a very busy street. The parking was not private but on the street but we had no problems with it. Their description of the hotel is somewhat misleading. There was no private parking, we never found the garden, and the gymnasium was at another establishment. The rooms are not really soundproof - we could hear conversations in the hallway.

I liked that the room was relaxing

I didn’t liked that the bathroom was too small there’s no much space and when you shower the water gets out , and the bathroom was dirty Lots of hair like if the housekeepers had not swept .

- Room without windows (unclear from the description) - Quite noisy at night, but may have been bad luck with neighbours

I am lactose intolerant so most of the food had cheese

Think about people like me leave the cheese on the side

I really liked the room, it is very comfortable, the people who serve you at the reception are very good people, without a doubt I would stay again
