Kind personnel offered free of charge parking for safety precautions, when I told them our car had been broken into by the rear window, while parked in the center of Barcelona, causing the glass to be smashed and, therefore, the interior of the car to be exposed. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Free parking around the hotel. Provides anything you could possibly need. It offered a positive overall experience in our two day visit to Barcelona, despite the unfortunate turn of events (got our car damaged and my laptop stolen).

Not as close to the city center as we'd have preferred it to be. Nearest metro station was 5 minutes by car away.

I didn’t like that I had to sign a disclaimer for the dog. It was not a rule by travellodge but a rule by the manager. Felt very insulted. In the many many years of travelling with the dog. This was a first !!

The parking was really spacious and not that busy, so there was always enough space to park. Air conditioning was working really well, which was really imporant durring the hottest time of the year. The room was really clean and taken care of!

The walls were pretty thin and you could hear what’s happening on the outside or rooms nearby. The toillet in our room appeared to be not fit properly as it was slightly moving and the shower head was leaking. But those are just small nuances.

It was too far from accomdations and there’s no means of transportation to get to barcelona the only way is the train which is far from the hotel approximately 40 min walking dangerously by the highway and you may get stopped by the police telling it’s forbidden , in the other hand you have to take a taxi every single day.

Good value for money, really helpful staff. Our car broke down and Fede on reception was amazing, because we don't speak Spanish and the garage didn't speak English she made phone calls and translated for us, we were very grateful

It was fine. Having the cafe was a plus. Kind staff. We intend to return.

The entrance of the hotel, I mean the street needed to be taken to arrive at the reception is not evident. Specially when tour buses are parked in the area.

Great location near shopping centers and food places served till late at night. Near enough to main rail network that brings you to city center in 30 mins. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Friendly, clean, bed was wonderfull. No complaints actually. They called to the room to mention they forgot to return ID.

A little explanation that the keycard should be used for lightning was not mentioned. But then we called and every thing was fine. .
