Love the location, just a street away from Calle Crisologo, not too near from all the crowd and the noise too so we slept comfortably. Loved our room, bed was nice and big, aircon was cool and everything else worked fine. Staff were corteous and proffessional. No problems during our stay. Also loved the buffet breakfast!

There was no gated parking so our car was just parked on the streetside. Good thing not many cars and calesas pass by the area, i'd be upset if something happened to our car. No security guard to look out for the parked cars too

We had a great week at Ciudad Fernandina. The breakfast were fresh and tasty. The location was perfect, the hotel is centrally located to all the sites, museums, and markets. We had the best sleep in all our time in the Philippines in the comfortable bedding and amenities. The staff was excellent. They helped when needed and let us just be otherwise. They all shared big smiles and a welcoming attitude. Thank you.

Our visit in Vigan brings back the nostalgic of the time I left Manila. It has been 33 years ago when we last visited Manila and did not have the time to deeply explore our mother land. Now, I can share the experienced that my wife and I had to our children and grandchildren when we get back to the State. They will definitely would want to come back to Manila and visit Vigan, the best place ever in Manila!!!

I wish the restaurants along the Crisologo streets were opened 24 hours. This is better than Las Vegas in my heart.

We’ve staying in this hotel everytime we are in Vigan. Brings back good memories. It is well maintained. Staff are friendly. It is walking distance from Calle Crisologo but still far enough not to be disturbed by the noise from the new bars that sprung.

The location is very strategic and near proximity for the places of interest. The breakfast is newly prepared and there are variety to choose from. The room and the entire facilities are arranged in way for the guests to be in a relaxed environment.

Airconditioning worked but little control over temperature and fan.

Good location. The street is parallel to Calle Crisologo.

The water at the shower area is not draining fast enough. When you arrive, it is unclear how the parking will be arranged. You cant keep your car along the street, then go to the reception. Receptionist said there is a valet parking service and the parking area is 2 blocks away.
