The area was perfect for sightseeing and restaurants.The room was as the pictures exactly what you need and clean

Unfortunately for me being food sensitive the host sniffed heavily as I was attempting to get some breakfast followed by eating with his mouth open whilst he was stood over the breakfast area so what could have been a perfect stay was let down massively leaving hungry due to hosts not being aware of noises made were off putting for dining

Great location! We lucked out with parking very close as it was street parking. The host (George and Vicki) were exceptional- great recommendations, warm welcoming and generally great to be around! The room was small and all we needed. Breakfast was great!

As noted- small room, however, good value for money for sure! It has nothing to do with the room or the hosts there were AWESOME!! Just a heads up for other travelers. We were there on the first Sunday of the month and were able to get into museum free- which was awesome! The ruins are amazing- be sure to be in good physical shape if you plan to climb to the top. The one thing to be very aware of is the VOLUME of buses and travellers- WOW it is SUPER busy and we were there in the off season (beginning of November)

Room exceptionally clean and balcony on the courtyard a good place to relax. Richard and Vicky very good hosts, and breakfast in the morning satisfying with made-to-order cappuccinos. A short walk to the archeological site and museum. We had no trouble finding a nearby parking spot in September. Parking switches from the left to the right side of the road every month so no merchants are unfairly impacted. Recommend this friendly and comfortable place.

We took a room with two separate single beds which had a very comfortable mattress (not too hard and not too soft). The pillows are not soggy and give good neck support. Clean sheets, which smell freshly washed and clean towels in the room. The bathroom was a separate room with a shower. There was plenty of hot water, but when opened the cold water, it dominates, hence the flow needs to be kept low. There was a kettle with coffee, tee, cups and everything was clean. The owner, George, greeted us upon arrival and gave us instructions and suggestions of the interesting places to visit in the area. Very helpful and talkative host. The room was on the second floor so had to climb some stairs, but we had light luggage, so no issue. The room was quiet and located in the back side, away from the front street noise. The breakfast was plentiful and many options of items to choose from (omelet, cereals, meat-cuts, feta cheese, eggs, sweets, biscuits, fruits). Also freshly toasted bread. The coffee was freshly made from a machine per liking. We also liked the home-made cheese and spinach pie (tiropita, spanakopita).

The hotel has its entrance on the main road and the parking in this street is always a challenge. A solution could be to drop off the luggage first and find parking further away from the property. It's not an issue during the low season when we visited Delphi.

Very nice couple that run a gift shop on the ground floor were available at any time. They were kind to help getting our bags upstairs to the room. Good buffet breakfast with a nice selection of cereal, breads, sweets, fruit, pastries, drinks. Comfortable beds with good linens. Private bath and shower smallish. Our little balcony was a nice, but only a view of other buildings. We would gladly stay again if we could.

We were fortunate to find street parking for our car just across from the entrance. A room on the top floor means lots of steps, but there isn't much level space in town, so that's not really a surprise.

Nice accommodation, well heated, meticulously maintained. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful, definitely a strong recommendation. Great breakfast from 8am. Plenty of tourist info/ literature available in the common lounge area.. This place is right in the 'best' part of town from a tourist viewpoint- plenty restaurants and cafes, about 10 minutes walk to the museum and the archaeological site. 5 minutes from bus station (NB: ticket sales at the restaurant cafe at the bus drop-off/ pick up point). Book your tickets ahead!!

The room and facilities were very clean and well-kept and the bed -- on the softer side for Greek hotels -- was quite comfortable. My room was on the top floor in the back, so quiet. The buffet breakfast was a generous spread with some good healthy options, e.g. boiled eggs, yogurt and honey, fresh fruit. The staff replied to all my communication and requests in a prompt and helpful manner.

My room was on the top floor, which meant a lot of stairs, a bit twisty, but manageable. If you don't want that, I suggest requesting a room on a lower floor. The shower was quite small with a curtain and difficult for me to keep all the water inside.

George, the owner, was exceptional. We phoned to say that we would be arriving late, around 11 pm. No problem. On the way we had to adjust that to midnight. No problem. When we arrived at midnight, not only had he put cones out to keep us a parking place in the street outside the hotel but he was standing there waiting for us! Good rooms, great breakfast. In the morning, he advised us on exactly where to park for the Delphi archaeological site (the reason we were there) so that we would have a shorter walk with no risk of a ticket.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. George is a warm host. Pitho is a great little hotel. We loved our private and quaint little terrace at the back of our room. George also suggested some marvellous walks in addition to the archaeological sites. Special thanks, also, to his friend George the taxi driver, who drove us one way from Delphi to Kalembaka (3 1/2 hours.....for him, a round trip of 7+ hours) A huge effort and worth the price. The room was great, quite spacious, and the setting of the town is wonderful. The best feature of the hotel was the hosts, who were wonderful.

The only shortcoming was the shower, as the shower curtain arrangement was not great. Otherwise we loved everthing about the place.
