Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was amazing, near the market and nearby restaurants. All the towels and pillows smelled nice. Clean, affordable, great staff, extensive breakfast.

The swimming pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The water seemed dirty. Breakfast was ok but some of the food were brought from the day before, not fresh. I know because we stayed here for a week. The location was great, however there is a dancing school opposite our balcony which made it so noisy and annoying.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The rooftop area was very nice. The location of the hotel was great- walking distance to the coffee museum and many restaurants. The staff were lovely. When we asked to do washing they advised us it would be expensive at the hotel and directed us somewhere cheaper (next door). We really appreciated this.

Our room didn’t have a window. This didn’t bother us, but good to know when booking. The pool was very cold, so we didn’t use it. The breakfast was only okay- some of the food felt old.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff and a good restaurant, also one at the roof top. Very good value for the price

All noise from the halls can be heard in the rooms (at least mine). Half the night a bunch of teenagers walked through the halls and just talked, but it sounded like a drunken party. The fitness room is… well… let’s say, it has seen better days.

Amazing rooms, the bed was supper huge and I love that. Bathrooms were nice with glass wall to the room. Staff supper professional and friendly.

The fitness was rusty and not working properly, sauna was not in great condition. No nonalcoholic options at the pool bar. Its a pity for such an amazing hotel to keep their pool/gym/bar floor in low condition.

Nice comfortable hotel with a little swimming pool.

Our room was really humid - probably due to the shower/bath layout not working and as a result a lot of water ends up in the bathroom and underneath the bathtub making the entire room feel and smell humid. Our bed linen also felt really damp as a result of this.

This hotel offers fantastic value for the price. Clean rooms, great Vietnamese breakfast and lunch, very polite and efficcient staff, comfy bed, nice quaint neighborhood and not far fron city center. I loved it.

The neughborhood can be a little noisy, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The hotel is relatively new and in excellent condition. Conveniently located, the hotel offers a satisfying breakfast buffet and complimentary fitness facilities. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The room features a window overlooking an atrium, providing good ventilation without a view. The hotel provides VAT invoice upon request.

Service from the hotel is so good, staffs are quick and friendly in response to customers' request. Breakfast in here is good too, it would not be extremely good but very much fits my taste. The hotel is located in center of the city, very near to a market where I can buy stuffs and near to restaurants, coffee shops. This one is so well-worth staying for vacation.

Nothing much about this hotel I don't like. Only few things such as: check-out seems to be a bit slow, parking lot is quite small; other facilities for examples game room, pool, sauna are quite small and not so interesting.

The staff were excellent especially Vinh and Nga… their English was excellent and nothing was a problem for them to do . I stayed a total of 24 days in which I booked only in 3 day blocks as I was unsure of my itinerary.

I felt a bit sorry for the cleaning staff as the design of the bath/shower was pretty ordinary. Water covered the bathroom floor every shower 🤦‍♂️

Nice centrally located Hotel. Breakfast was good. Big pool. Guarded parking garage for scooters in the back. Room was clean. Our room had windows and I definitely recommend choosing that.

No safe in the hotel room, but valuables can be stored at the reception. Receptionist speaks very limited English.
