Location perfect for my requirements, great parking, staff super helpful and pleasant to speak with. Hotel is really bright and airy, lots of space, spotlessly clean and rooms well appointed

Food choices for breakfast, may just be my UK preferences, but putting chilli mayo/sauce with everything for breakfast is just odd, I'd have liked to have seen standard breakfast cereal (weetabix/porridge etc), toast with standard scrambled or poached eggs (no chilli or other odd sauces/gravy) and crispy bacon etc, it's a minor thing, but breakfast is a big deal when travelling on business and I found their menu not quite hitting the spot.

This property is in a newly developed area. The sports facility across the street promises high demand for this location, but everything was spiffy & clean. The elevators spoke! We weren't expecting this and were amused. Also our dining option for the evening was an easy stroll across the parking lot. Breakfast was quick and delicious.

I cannot imagine any improvements I might suggest. The planning of this brand is impressive. Could it have been less expensive, sure, but the quality is apparent, the employees seemed to be well compensated. Maybe there were too many dining options, including a well appointed bar and restaurant.

I accidentally booked my hotel room for a Thursday night but needed to stay Friday night. When I arrived at the property on Friday night it was completely sold out and it turned out that I had already paid for the night prior even though I hadn’t stayed there. I was absolutely anxiety filled Worried I would not be able to get my money back and I knew the hotel was completely booked due to a gymnastics tournament. The person at Reception said give me a minute and a manager came out, was very kind and said they just had a cancellation and she would apply Thursday night fee that I already paid to the Friday night room. They could have been complete jerks because it was my mistake, I could’ve been out the money and out of a place to sleep. I was very grateful for the kindness

I like the location of this hotel. This is our second time staying in this hotel. It is close to many attractions in Bettendorf and Davenport area. There are also many new restaurants in the area, The area is quiet and nice. The rooms are new and newly furnished. The staff members are kind and helpful.

There should be garbage bags in the toilet garbage can. I do not know why there was none?! Also, the shower floor is very slippery, I almost fell twice.

the guy at the front desk was really helpful and friendly 🙂👍 the pool was amazing for the kids and very clean and provided necessities such as towels etc. loved that we keyed in and out of the pool, gym, laundry to provide that level of security. loved the parking, well lit and plenty. very clean lot, great location. felt very safe and new.

maybe the dryer and washers could be more clean. a lot of soap scum on the rims of the washers and a ton of (hoping not cat litter) but it was dusty litter like substances all over the dryers do I tried to detail the washer and dryer before use.

This was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at! The entire property was extremely clean and the employees were fabulous. Even though we didn't utilize the restaurant, it was a nice option. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The layout of our room was different than any other I had seen before, I loved it!

The property is filled with children as it is right across the street from a sports complex. It didn't bother us, but may be something to think about.

First time staying at this brand; we selected it due to proximity to highway on a cross country road trip. The hotel lobby was clean and inviting. The room was perfect size with very comfy beds and a spotless bathroom. There were plenty of food options nearby as well as a restaurant on site (tho it was closed for Easter).

Very new and modern. Right off of I-80. Close to food, entertainment , gas, coffee. Comfy bed. Quiet.

The bathroom has a frosted glass wall and sliding frosted glass door. Noise travels thru the glass. If one gets up to use the bathroom during the night the bathroom light illuminates the whole room. Stupid design. Shower floor was dangerously slippery.

Wonderful hotel with great customer service. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is right next to a sports complex so the hotel on the weekends is filled with kids. We didn't mind, but you wouldnt like it if you aren't a kid person

The breakfast was the best!! Chef friendly and so accommodating also paper cups in rooms were so nice!! I know that’s odd to mention but we’re not hot to the touch like most cups!! The coffee in lobby was so good!! Best hotel coffee we’ve had
