Maybe I’m staying on the weekdays, so it’s a little quiet , if you prefer quiet comfortable place - is for you . Just be careful when you try to locate this hotel , as there’s 2 Hop Inn in the vicinity. Got to the first one and was told that I’m at the wrong hotel . Anyway it’s very comfortable but no hot water as maybe due to renovation on going , and also if you don’t mind a little walk ? Night Market and Central Khon Kaen Mall is walkable. And there is a huge park nearby too .

No hot water and also guests quality. They tend to like banging and closing the door loudly even at 2-3am ……bummer ! Something the hotel can’t control…..

We were greeted my friendly helpful staff . Room was clean and tidy . Towels provided . Good Aircon .Good WiFi . Soap and shower gel provided . Powerful shower . TV . Fridge . Hot water at reception all day . Hot drinks from 6 am - 11 am Great location , 15 mins walk to lake and market . Parking spaces if required.

Nothing

This hotel is very clean, i mean VERY CLEAN. Everything was perfect except the location. So definitely need a car or use a lot the taxe. The Japanese restaurant next door was excellent and there is a Lotus and a 7/11 at 300 meters. But it's definitely NOT IN THE TOWN CENTER...

It's far from the center but there there is no solution to this kind of problem except moving the hotel

We stayed here during a 12 hour overnight layover, room was clean, the reception staff were helpful for check in late and check out early. The security guard outside also helped me find the grab driver when dropping off our takeaway food order. Two bottles of water were given. Clean room and bathroom.

Room was quite basic

The ease in which Booking.com allowed us to make a reservation in Thailand instantly for a family member travelling in Thailand for that evening when we are in the UK and then The Hop Inn replying to us immediately with the answer to a special request. The Hop Inn were expecting there guest extremely late and welcomed him with Parking be no problem. Excellent

- very noisy, I'm not sure because of the customer group or not, but I really could not sleep well for all 4 nights. - problem about water (pumping) - coffee should be served (machine) for 24 hours

Clean and had everything you need.

Staffs were a little confusing. I booked 2 rooms and they insisted that they can only find 1 room booking. After several trials and showing my booking confirmation finally found the other booking! The rest was ok.

I like this HOP INN hotel branches in many cities in Thailand. Modern and nice clean rooms with hot shower, aircon, tv for a great price. Fantastic quiet location but walking distance to everything what you need. I recommend stay here

I like this hotel chain. I always stop there. Purely. There is everything you need for your stay. They clean up well. Comfortable bed

Noisy air conditioner. Not tasty coffee

The room is very simple, but it's suitable for the price I paid. The staff is nice and helpful. There are several restaurants within about 5 minute walk.
