The staff were absolutely incredible. They were super attentive to anything and everything I could have needed. The gym was also really great, with so much equipment and specific ladies times to train. Really great stay.

Wasn’t a fan of the coffee at breakfast but the cafe by reception served great coffee

It was a stopover while my drive back to Qatar it is 30 min from the Highway.The room was really comfortable very clean. Only thing is u have to walk in side as all the room are in one floor they have maintained properly. Really good. It is a small town there is a Lulu express small Shop etc. It is only accessible by car. Don’t know if there other places .

The breakfast was not that great very few option.Could be better.

Wonderful experience. We enjoyed Alhamdulillah Staff , facilities, everything was perfect. Clean pool. And so many activities for kids. Our kids had the best time in the western hotel.

Exceptional staff! They were just brilliant. special thanks to the front desk: Ms. Shephrina, Ms. Rashmi and the Manager Mr. Ayatullah for making our stay special. Another thanks to Ms. Jamie the restaurant Manager for adding special care to our dining experience. Then hats off to all the housekeeping staff who have been very patient with a large group of guests at the same time. Also an exceptional job done by the swimming pool lifeguard and the two gym instructors for assisting such a large crowd with a smile. Good job done by all the staff incharge for the children’s activities- kids had a lot of fun. Last but not the least- a very big applaud to the Chefs at the restaurant! The food has limited variety but that’s good because they have focused on the taste of each dish- superb.

Rooms need an upgrade and maintenance, but I see that there is a new wing coming up.

Nice peaceful location with a great gym, very helpful staff. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet options at reasonable prices.

It’s a bit of a maze to find your room but this adds character to the hotel.

A surprisingly nice hotel in a remote location. Room was very well appointed and fully equipped, and very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Service requested was quickly served. Restaurant menu was quite extensive considering the location of the hotel in a remote location.

Diner menue could be more varied. All rooms are smoking so not possible to have a room without cigarette smell.

Location was good , clean rooms , staff was extremely kind specially rashini, she gave us a free upgrade, property is very well maintained, my kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games at the hotel.

The staff here really went out of their way to ensure I had a good stay. Room was very spacious. Easy parking.

Hotel starting to feel a little tired now, but still excellent value for money.
