Not my first time here I stay everytime when I return to KSA to rest, the hotel is nice and they upgrade my room to family room for free and the staff friendly and kind

The swimming pool always dirty u see insect and tree leaves floating, also the location is far away from nearest groceries almost 15 KM. And there was a sudden alarm inside the room when I asked they said someone was soomking in his room and activated the building alam which is not good set up

The rooms were a pleasant surprise. They converted the old, small rooms into suites - 3 rooms joined together make up one suite with a sitting room, a master bedroom and a twin bedroom, very spacious and very comfortable, with 3 bathrooms and plenty of cabinet space. For a family vacation, I think I would prefer their suites to the rooms at the nearby new hotel (which is under the same management)

Furniture is old, although in good condition. Breakfast could have more variety

Everything was simple amazing. The hospitality, the food, ambience.....more than what we could expect. Being in ruwais area you don't have much options outside to have ur lunch and dinner so we had taken full board for 3 nights stay and everything everyday was different and tasty. Even the staff was so kind to ask us every time if we needed anything more. Great hospitality. The Reception too was so kind and approaching. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Definitely we will visit again.

The heat outside.....but i guess the hotel can't control that......haha 😆

I was traveling from UAE to Saudi. This was a great stop along the way. We also got an upgrade on our room from Dhafra to Danat Beach Resort, which was great. The staff where great especially the chiefs on duty, my son did not like any of the offered food during dinner and the chief was kind enough to cook spaghetti with tomato sauce. Most of the staff also remembered us from our last visit, which was about 10 days prior, which was great. Olive from the Tides restaurant had a note worthy big smile when she noticed we had come back. To get a better deal on the dinner though I would recommend adding the dinner through booking.com instead of on-site. Lwin also helped us checkout and she was very nice. Many Thanks.

I wish we had more time to enjoy the beach and gym but we only had one night. Hopefully next time we will get the chance to experience the beach more.

This is definitely one of the best hotels I have been. The staff and their support was the best. They have a great temperature controlled pool and a huge dining area. My only regret is that i have not opted for All Inclusive as I had to pay additonal amount for the dinner and there are no other restaurants nearby. But, there is always a next time. I am definetely going to visit this place again.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Maybe one thing I would like to point out is about the food counter. I thought, it was a bit conjusted as there wasnt enough space, especially at the sweets corner.

It was a very good stay in general, all facilities were very good and the buffet was very nice. We had access to Danat Hotel which is a 5 stars hotel with facilitating facilities 2 minutes away (both hotels are connected via a special gulf car access). We got a late check out which was much appreciated.

At the outset, I truly appreciate the hospitality of the staff. The professionalism of the team is truly commendable! The staff ensure that your stay is not disrupted by any kind of vagaries that might come about! Very welcoming reception, the restaurant staff went out of their way & cooked me my meals, although it was past midnight; Ahmed, in particular did an outstanding job with my Shrimp Salad & I truly appreciate this sought of hospitality!!

We booked a stay here mainly because it's one of few pet friendly hotels in the region. We didn't have high expectations after reading some previous reviews, but ended up having a good relaxing weekend here. The beach was so quite and the pool wasn't too busy as well. We did the all inclusive package, even though the choices of drinks were very limited, it's still a good deal. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good, and we ordered fish with sauteed spinach from the set menu for lunch, which was delicious. The conditioner in the shower is a nice surprise.

The room was strangely humid even with AC on whole day, and we could smell it. We woke up in the morning and found our floor all wet with condensation. We borrowed a dehumidifier from housekeeping and it was a bit better the second night. The rinse station on the beach wasn't working, and the service can be slow.

The location, the amazing staff mainly from the front desk Rajan, Acecia and their colleagues that got i to interact with were so welcoming, humble and caring 🙏🙏🙏 The room was up to the standards and very clean 🙏 The recreation area and the beach where so eye catching that i am looking forward to comeback there again… It was such a great experience

the staff gave us free upgrade from the budget hotel to the 5 star hotel in the next building , moreover it was a chalet (Villa) with private car parking, which was totally great. and worth the long 3 hour drive from Dubai. everything about this hotel was on highest level

there wasn't anything related to hotel, the only donw side is the sea water level its too low and shallow, 150-200 meter and water still doesn't reach chest height level.
