Everything was crafted. Nothing was more great than the staff’s friendliness and service. Daniel and his team did amazing in making our experience smooth and special. Special thanks to both Jafaar (the wildlife drive’s guide) and Navas (the archery’s guide) who both made the experience unforgettable. They both are dedicated to their job, friendly, supportive and answered all of our questions.

Everything at this resort was stunning, however the people made this hotel to stand out even more. The location is great, for the whole duration of our stay we had the impression that we are in a tropical vacation. I highly recommend any of the villas. Al Yamm is perfect for sunshine and beach lovers and Al Sahel perfect for those who want to enjoy the wildlife in their own backyard surrounded by trees. The pricing of F&B is surprisingly good as well. Would 100% recommend any of the 3 resorts from the island.

We all really loved the hotel and the island. The staff was superb, from reception and the lady in the bar to the chef and the staff at breakfast. A big thank you to housekeeping who made a magnificent birthday setup for us in the villa very quickly while we were at breakfast. Room service came quickly and the gentleman who did our turn down service was also very helpful and looked after us. The villa was stunning with an upstairs dining area and glorious views over the sea. I would also definitely recommend doing the safari to see many unusual animals. We hope to visit again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay truly memorable.😍

The breakfast was good. though we felt that the spread could have been more elaborate in more items to be added. Villa did not have much of seating space internally. the external seating was very nice though.

the journey from main land to the island was via private ferry managed by Anantarra. However, the return journey - ferry from Sir baniyas island to the main land by very bad. it was by public ferry transport. The AC was not working, there was no fresh air in the seating area of the ferry. We were very nauseated.

First, we thank all staff and to Mr George, for their kindness, hospitable and helpful attitude. The journey from the mainland to the island started on time. Staff worked harmoniously to fulfil all the requirements and snug down the customers. Both jetty's guesthouse hospitality was excellent and satisfactory. Once we reached the island's jetty, they professionally diverted all the customers to their vehicles to reach their facilities on time. Transportation between the facilities is comfortable, and drivers informed us about many things about the island's nature, history and environment. Once we reached reception, they treated cold towels, fresh fruit juice, and a complimentary short but effective massage to relax the guests. Afterwards, the staff who were already with us started explaining what we could do on the island while we were filling out the form about check-in. The facility's reaction to requests is swift; we could not find time to consider our request for the second time. The informed duration against any kind of request was sharp and reasonable. We felt comfortable about the service and suggestions they advise according to our necessity. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, and everything was in place. The pillows and beds were really comfortable to rest properly. The coast was nice enough, and the private infinitive pool was cool and clean. We also tried the hotel's pool, which was cool and clean despite the hot weather. Restaurants' of the facilities were nice, and the dishes were delicious. The nature of the island mixed nicely with the hotel; while we were walking around after dinner, we walked between the plants, lovely smells of flowers and cute animals which are not harmful to humans and which do not come closer. We selected safari as an activity, and it satisfied us. In conclusion, we were happy to stay there, and we are sure we rested and enjoyed ourselves truly.

There was not enough privacy for the private pool Breakfast was excellent, there are many types of elements there, however, I expected to see additional cheese and olives types on the buffet. (This is my personal idea according to our taste)

Very friendly and genuine staff, make you feel very relaxed, welcomed and comfortable . Feels like a proper holiday not just a ''staycation'' . Very spacious villas and beautiful views . We stayed in Al Yamm but had a dinner in Saheel African restaurant Savanna which is exeeeleeeent ! Big and delicious portions of meals, attentive staff and beautiful pool with a view of trees and animals walking around freely . Simply gorgeous mental rest . Thank you

Al Yamm restaurant needs some improvement in terms of food quality, availability ( since a few things we asked for were not available and the restaurant was mostly empty) and outdoors would use some renovation and arrangement to refresh the property and make it more attractive, especially around the pool area.

The location and the staff were amazing, everyone very caring and accommodating.

The facility was obviously old and needed a revamp (boat and villa’s furniture and exterior). Plunge pool of the villa was not cooled and too much work in progress around the resort disturbing the view and the quiet.

The service, the beach, the beach villa, the calm, the stars, the manager Hassan, the people serving, the island, the nature, everything.

Everything was perfect.

It was a different experience all to gather we didn’t feel we were in the uae. Totally recommend others to go once and experience the beauty
