Easy access to room, staff was quick and courteous even with such a late check in. Close to highway and good gas station. Felt safe. Room was clean, good hearing unit. Bed/bedding was comfy enough
Bath needs some TLC, updating.

The property was directly off the highway and easy to find. We had our puppy with us and it only cost $10 extra. There is a nice lake and forested walking trail behind the Motel, and we had a lovely walk in the morning before we left!
The air conditioner was extremely loud all night. The fan never stopped running, despite it being on auto.

Location to highway and event.
TV wasn’t working correctly. We stay here several times a year, this is the first time we’ve had an issue. Reported upon checkout, and seemed to be an easy fix. 😀

Close to highway entrance and exit. Walking distance to greatest Mexican restaurant in Arkansas. Clean rooms.
While the parked trucks didn’t bother me, the truck drivers talking in the parking lot, was annoying. Fully stock the coffee station.

The Inn is close to business we travel to area for. We enjoy the state park with lake and walking path. After three years we were finally able to eat at the Mexican restaurant and it was excellent. Close to Interstate, gas is convenient.
The room and linens were clean. The amenities could be updated.

Each room had a microwave and fridge as well as coffee fixings. I also really liked the peaceful lake view in the morning.
The person next door played the TV until the wee hours of the morning. Walls were thin enough that it was rather disturbing.

Just off the highway, easy off and on. Very clean and equipped with all we needed. A microwave, refrigerator, very hot water in the shower. The Mexican restaurant next door is AMAZING! Staff was very helpful.
Hot water in the sink took a few minutes to warm up.
