Beautiful characterful place, plentiful parking, high quality accommodation, charming and helpful owners/family staff. Good breakfast. Conveniently situated to the motorway so ideal stop over.

Mistakenly thought there was an on-site restaurant - reality was the owners also ran a restaurant 3 miles away which they kindly taxied us to and from so we didn’t need to drive. Not sure there was any alternative place to have dinner.

An unusual but beautiful setting for a hotel; excellent quality rooms and a very comfortable sleep! Breakfast basic but perfectly adequate and the whole place exudes charm. Would definitely stay again!

For us the location was great being near to the motorway (but not noticeable at all from the hotel); however there seemed very little in the way of other amenities nearby. However, this maybe unfair as it was an overnight 'passing' stop for us.

Absolutely lovely accommodation in every respect. An old converted farm made into a lovely hotel without losing the character. Lovely welcome from the owner and enjoyed an equally lovely meal at their restaurant a few miles away and where they transported us to, and back. Most enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice.

The last time we stayed at the Aulnenhof Hotel they had a restaurant and the food was excellent, during covid this was closed and has not reopened. This was disappointing but the owner kindly arranged a lift to a nearby restaurant.

Everything…. The host couldn’t do any more. Excellent room, lovely setting, very modern. He arranged to have us taken to his restaurant 3km away, excellent service and food, then collected after. Will definitely be going back there

No restaurant, which it did say in property spec. Good brasserie is a 2.5km bike ride

We were really impressed when we arrived at Hotel Aulnenhof. Not only is it a lovely location, but the we were made to feel very welcome by our host who was very friendly and helpful. Our motorbikes were parked inside a huge barn out of the way. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and looked as new. We had a great night's sleep in the very comfortable bed and woke to have a lovely breakfast in the morning.

We were greeted by the host late in the evening, directed to park close to the door as it was raining heavily. Room was clean, comfortable, modern. Breakfast was great. Close to the motorway to continue our journey.

The whole hotel is lovely such a lovely surprise, the room was beautiful and breakfast great. sheltered parking for motor cycles. The owners are friendly and accomodating, the even drove us to a restaurant and back, highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
