Lyfe Hotel has ample parking space in the basement. This is the best in Bhubaneshwar that we have seen so far. The rooms are good, the hotel is new and the dining staff were very kind and nice. The hotel is located centrally and is convenient. The water served in the room in glass bottles and unlimited refills are truly appreciated. This is a welcome relief from the plastic bottles usually seen in hotels. The restaurant Basil was excellent. Especially the salmon, don't recommend their ice cream though.

Breakfast and food, in general, at the ground floor dining room were not up to expectations. The taste was sub-par and items were not replaced promptly at breakfast causing long waiting times. The waiters were very polite but super absent-minded which affected the service. The coffee was good though. Lunch in the ground floor restaurant is overpriced and not at all tasty. The staff at reception seemed very tired, overworked and a bit rude. The receptionist hardly answered phone calls from the room although we were told to call them when needed. The housekeeping staff were good and attended calls promptly. Reception staff need to work on their social skills a bit more.

Very clean, nice facilities, spacious and excellent value for money. Provision of RO water in sealed 1 ltr glass bottle, with no limit on the number of bottles is very exceptional. Probably, the only hotel to do so not only in India but in other countries also. Breakfast is very nice with wide options.

The curtain in the bathroom in all the rooms is translucent. Causes absolute inconvenience if someone uses the room, as the bathroom is visible from the bedroom. Customer service needs improvement, as calls to the hotel are not well attended.

Excellent location — probably the best in Bhubaneswar. The hotel is on the main street, just 5 minutes by taxi from Nexsus Esplanade Mall. Nearby, there are many clothing shops, jewelry stores, restaurants, and pubs. The staff are polite and professional, and the hotel is very clean and well-maintained.

The pool is not very attractive.

A new hotel in a good location. Very courteous and pleasant staff, always ready to help. Room is clean with nice furniture and fittings. The General Manager and the assistant manager were always there to help. The restaurant staff were excellent. We used the hotel’s car and driver to visit Puri and Konark.

Nothing really. May be one more restaurant could be added. A rooftop bar or restaurant will be a nice addition.

Hotel was easy to spot from a distance. Interiors were squeaky clean and I loved the soothing interior shades. Staff was responsive and polite. Rooms were spacious for any hotel in bbsr and had smart controls. Food was tasty and number of options were just enough

Food servicing time could be slightly improved. Taste of continental and non Indian cuisines could be better. Staff should avoid knocking on doors multiple times, even it's for complimentary food or housekeeping services

Amazing aesthetics, courteous front desk, amazing valet parking and house keeping team, lovely view from the rooms, smooth check in process and quite a pleasant experience compared to other hotels in this city. A shout out to Reema, Aishwarya and Kritika from the customer experience team and Avash from house keeping.

Do not want to nitpick, but I wish they had larger teapots when you ask for tea through room service. I mean, when I say I need one cup, I mean one and half cup.

This hotel stands out for its perfect location, excellent amenities, outstanding services, and attentive staff.

The cleanliness of the room has declined a bit since my last stay. The carpet had stains in several places and was somewhat dusty. I hope management addresses this issue.

Immaculate, staff were attentive, efficient and welcoming. Facilities were sparkling and it was great to have a hot bath after a full on travel itinerary. Evening staff cooked a special meal and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Kritija, Aishwarya and suvasash were superb arranging a day trip for me around the beautiful city no question too small.

There was nothing to not like. They did get our room service orders mixed up sometimes or took longer than usual. But the food was so good one forgot that it took long very quickly 🙂
