I booked this so long ago that I had forgotten that I did not book a breakfast with the room however the nice staff at the hotel gave me , my husband and my son (who was in another room ) a complimentary breakfast which was very nice of them . The staff were all very nice and friendly and helpfull all the time which was very nice . The rooms were clean and had a good Wi Fi and tea making which is a must for us ! They had a complimentary bus to the MTR which was good to have on the hour . The conceierge men were all very nice and helpfull too . The breakfast was great with lots and lots to choose from and have freshly prepared eggs etc., The air humidifier was great to have in the room too and the air conditioning was very good .

The location from the MTR was too far for me as I have some walking problems ..it took about 15mns which is far in the humidity and crowded streets . The complimentary bus was only on the hour so you had to time it if you wanted to get it ...could be more like every 1/2 hour which would be better . The hotel is very old and although clean it could do with some upgrading in parts of it . The swimming pool is much smaller than in the photos and is full if about 6-7 people in it and one is not allowed to bring a drink onto the sun beds which I found very strange ( even though the drink was bought in the hotel) . The pool also closes too early at 6.00pm which is no much use if you are on holidays .

The bed was very comfortable. They always provide free bottle of water and toiletries, even slippers. Toilet was always clean. The room is big enough and bigger than expected. They let us stay longer because our flight got cancelled due to Saola typhoon last September.

Our shower head was not working properly. They did not replace the used cups, so we had to clean by ourselves in the bathroom. Not too sure if they were providing new towels when we were leaving them on the floor.

Staff were good as expected Really enjoyed the roof top pool and fitness sweet Restaurant food was first class. Expensive but value for money

Location. The vibrant part of Kowloon not obvious. Poor information on finding the hotel from the Airport drop off bus stop and the train station location. Directions using street names should be supplied as the streets have good signage. Our instruction to proceed to Waterloo road did not define which end. It is a very long road and we went to the farthest start Very few information leaflets in the lobby. Knowledge of the Octopus travel card should be made aware to all overseas guests A map of information showing bus routes would be a great help as the number 7 for instance goes from outside the hotel straight to the ferry. Took us two days to find that out. Bar was closed.

We were very happy with the room and amenities. Clean Towels etc on daily basis and complimentary water provided. The pool was great and warm. Staff was helpful when we required some traveling advise. We traveled out and explored daily so was great to come back to a fair size room with clean bedding, hot water to shower and a comfortable bed😁

Laundry bill was excessive and unfortunately with the languages barrier on collecting the laundry to be washed there was miscommunication and no communication to what final cost would have been until laundry was washed and pressed. Would suggest that a call from management or housekeeping is done to confirm total cost before proceeding.

We loved the family room! Kids really enjoyed our stay! A bit far from the MTR stations but they have bus shuttle to and from for easier commute. We also tried riding local bus and viola! It dropped us right in of the hotel! ❤️ I thought I needed to call the room service everyday, but just did it once and they came to our room to clean and refill the rest of the days during our stay! So convenient!

Need to walk or take taxi from MTR after the shuttle bus hours.

The hotel is old and could do with modernisation. However the staff are really nice and friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and they will clean the room if you ask for cleaning. The breakfast is very good as they have lots and lots of variety to choose from so worth paying for if you eat a lot in the morning.

As I have a walking problem I found the hotel too far from the MTR to have to walk . The hotel has a complimentary bus to the MTR but it is only every hour so you would have to time everything if you want to use it . It’s about 15mns walk . That sounds neat bit it is not near on crowded streets and high humidity. The swimming pool looks big in all the pictures but is intact very small so is crowded when 6-7 people are in it and you are not allowed to bring a drink to the seats at the swimming pool which I found rather strange as have never been stopped bringing a drink with me to a swimming pool ( the drink was bought in the hotel) .

Location, there are several convenience stores, bus stop just nearby. Shuttle bus provided every hour to nearest MTR Station. Even though the hotel is a bit old, but they maintain the room. Bathroom is good, room size just okay for HK standard, we got 2 rooms with connecting door. We really satisfied with this hotel, value for money.

A bit crowded, especially when the group tour is coming.

Staff/receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. Room is spacious and clean. Accessible via buses from nearby attractions. Breakfast buffet also is filling and great value for money.

The location was a little bit a ways away from the metro. However, once you figure out which buses to ride to get to the hotel, the bus stop will be right across the hotel, making it accessible. Facilities are a bit dated but the room's cleanliness makes up for it.

Pool.was open, Shopping center across the road, Mc donalds on the same street Seven Eleven couple doors down, Different Restaurants along the Strret, Great buffet options , Free shuttle to MTR transport., Taxi stand and Bus stop outside of Hotel . Staff welcoming and spoke English. I would stay here again.

- the interconnecting rooms allowed us to spend more time in house - friendly staff - free shuttle service to main shopping precinct - knowledgeable concierge - comfortable beds - air purifier in each room allowed us to have better sleep - convenient location to main shopping precinct - good value for money

No airport bus stop near property and the discontinuation of the airport shuttle - with a party of 5 including a toddler and with 9 pieces of luggage it was quite a trek for us to get to the property.
