What a gem of a hotel! walking distance from the town centre, shops and restaurants and yet quiet and tranquil. The staff is wonderful, helpful and attentive, breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and have plenty of storage space. There's also plenty of parking which gets locked at night. The area is nice and safe all hours of the day. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower, but as soon as we told the staff they were able to help us, which we really appreciated.

Very very nice place to stay! Very big comfortable room, comfy beds and sheets, very clean and very nice staff who were very attentive to requests. Breakfast is nice too! It is a bit further from the main plaza, but close enough and it means also that it is quiet and you can sleep well. I would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Just wish there was a bit more information about the things to do around Villa de Leiva. But it is a minor thing really.

The facilities and the location was very good, breakfast was included.

They didn’t have hot water at night so we couldn’t shower at night. When we checked in they were giving the wrong bedrooms. Very simple breakfast

It’s a charming hotel boutique, its comfortable and somewhat clean, Marina is amazing, she went out of her way to help my daughter, the parking is convenient, breakfast was good!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to eat a delicious breakfast while overlooking the courtyard filled with lots of plants. Everything was spotless.
