Very good breakfast. Pleasant attention of the hotel administration in the form of fruits, cookies, sweets in the rooms every day.
... the cost of living, if not booked on hotel booking sites, is very high when compared to quality. Reservation of the hotel on the booking site caused obvious discontent among the administrator. The price in case of reservation is significant !!! below direct contact to the hotel. Extremely disgusting internet work. In reality, the Internet DOES NOT WORK in this hotel!

Welcoming and available staff. Good service
In spite the kind staff and good service, I have to be honest for others. The pictures of the room doesn't reflect the reality, mainly badroom and toilet which are in desparate need of renovation. The state of the floor, toilet and badroom make it look like it's not clean...

Very very poor WiFi. I may want to stay at the same place the next time I'm in Douala but may have to change due to poor WiFi connection.
