Lovely, atmospheric hotel in a perfect location near the coast and walking distance to the main street. Clean with excellent WiFi. The restaurant was brilliant with a gorgeous view at sunset. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Airport transfer included, which was convenient and efficient. Highly recommend!

It was quite expensive for the size of the room and standard, but this might be normal for Rapa Nui. It's worth noting that the "room deposit" was not taken as a pre-authorisation as informed, but was a full payment on my credit card of $200, and they say it'll take a month for the refund to be processed. This is completely different to experiences in other hotels, and not in line with a so-called "pre-authorisation".

If you don’t provide tea and coffee how about a communal kettle by the water station. The smart tv should come with a guide. I worked it out but many probably couldn’t as there weren’t any English channels

They had everything for a comfortable stay, amazing views, pool and very cozy area around it. But mostly amazing is the manager lady. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of, shared a lot of useful tips on where to go and what's happening right now, because of here I learned that there is a tapati festivale finale and saw this, otherwise probably would have missed it. Other stuff is also very friendly. Overall, great and comfortable stay

Pool is not that big as on the photo, but they do have it, it's clean and deep and does it really matter when you have a warm pacific ocean just in 5 minutes walk?!

Room was very spacious and clean. Close to the sea, but not a swimming beach. A bit of walk to the main town area and quite some of the restaurants, but it is so beautiful to walk anyway! Staff was friendly too. Provides a water cooler to refill water bottles in the reception. A little pricey but then it is Easter Island! Breakfast was great, and we also had a good lunch at the restaurant.

Check in took a bit of time as everyone gets in at the same time and there were limited staff processing the check ins.

Cleaning could be a bit better, the balcony was never cleaned.. A bit rude lady working in the restaurant, when I cam 10 min before the breakfast closure - I know that I could come earlier but she could tell me this in a more polite way or better later at all when I finish my breakfast

Location of the hotel is in the Taha district where most of the restaurants and other shops are so the location was great. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, spacious and a great view of the ocean. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast options was good, but maybe not so if you are a vegetarian. My room was large enough for a single traveller but perhaps the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The setting of the hotel is lovely with the palm trees and closeness to the ocean.

The dogs barking at night can be irritating and the bathroom could have been cleaner. WiFi was bad in the rooms but better at the restaurant and reception.

The resort is lovely, good location by the sea front and close walk to the town centre. The room was big, beds comfortable but a bit bare and dated. The main advantage was the small pool and pool bar to relax after a day touring. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant. Amazing food, my seafood risotto with a steak was divine and my husband's tuna tataki was very good as well. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Good location, close to downtown. Breakfast had different options and the property was nice. Transport from and to the airport was also included.

For the most part, breakfast was good, however, on an occasion the fruit had gone bad and the cold cuts were not as fresh. Also we had to ask constantly for additional towels (we were 3 in the room and they just left 2 towels) as well as toilet paper.

The staff was extreamly helpful and nice.

I did not like the way the cleaning lady did her job. It seem that she is cleaning the rooms in specific order and ours was on the end of that list. We just returned from trip at 1:45 pm and rested for a bit in our room, after a konock on the door she told us that she is here til 2 pm and we are not letting her do her job, despite trying to tell, tha we came just do drop our bags:(

The location is great - it's off the main road so it's quiet and you get a partial view of the ocean. They have water in the lobby so you can refill at any point in time and a communal fridge. AC in the room worked great. I forgot an adapter and the hotel provided me one.

I only stayed for two nights, and the first day was rainy so I dragged some dirt in the room. I cleaned it up a bit the first night, but was relying on room service to mop it, but they didn't come the next morning.
