Room was immaculate and well-designed with nice size bathroom. Breakfast is a huge Turkish buffet. There was no international food but was not a problem for us!

We were disturbed in the early hours of the morning by a member of staff, we were later assured, banging on our door and opening before realising his/her mistake and quickly closing it. Explanations given by reception did not make any sense like he came in because the lights were off, we were not talking etc. I am satisfied that this was a genuine mistake as the person quickly left. The property is very close to the Zeugma Mosaic Museum but is a long walk from the historic old town, the markets etc.

The hotel is clean and Ahmet is really professional and friendly guy.

Overall, this hotel was a very good hotel regardless the things I mentioned above. It was very clean and quiet. Moreover, the breakfast was amazing as it had almost everything. The location was also good.

There was a cigarette smoke smell in the corridor of the 4th floor (where I stayed). It was even worse at night (sleeping time). This is because of the residents who normally smoke near the window. As a guest, I don't completely blame the hotel! However, they should always chase this issue and make sure that people don't smoke in the rooms or the corridors. The second thing, for a five star hotel, the staff should be more welcoming and professional when dealing with guests. A smile will cost them nothing!

The hotel is first class staff very friendly we only had breakfast at the hotel because we when out every night with all are friends we have in turkey the breakfast was excellent the choice was great and it was from7 till 10 so no rush toget up

The parking was a bit hit and miss till I was informed they had a valet you just turn up and give him the key and he does the rest and when you need the car go to the front desk and its outside for you and very safe

We liked the room design, the corridors and the hotel in general. The room was pretty good and the breakfast the best in our long 20-day trip in Turkiye. The best breakfast on all 8 hotels we have been to, I would not call it perfect or very good but there is a great variety and coffee was better than just powdered coffee. The bed was also probably the best all over the trip.

I would only change the orange juice for a more natural one. I am not sure how much oranges and an orange juice-maker machine can cost but it would be the only thing remaining to be perfect.

Had an amazing 3 nights at Green Park Hotel, staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Parking was easily accessible and had no issues. Really impressed.

It was a very good stay at this hotel, the staff was so polite and the room were clean, the breakfast was very good, of course this hotel will be my first choice whenever i come to gaziantep.

the only point I didn’t like it was the reception couldn’t speak English language they couldn’t understand me but they did their best of course.

The quality and the staff, I have a nice story, I changed my room and forgot mobile charger, the next day when I told the room service, they find it and give it to me. On the contrary Three weeks ago I was in Berlin and I changed my room and forgot my mobile charger and when I told the room service they didn’t find it!
