amazing sea view. I had rented a car so access I would say was easy even though the hotel is outside of Naples. But the area is very beautiful and worth a visit. The staff very friendly and polite. Free parking out of hotel area. the area seemed very safe to me. the building is old and they are renovating it. There were a few workers but I wasn't bothered by that at all. I think there should be understanding when work is done. The restaurant and the breakfast area are stunning places with an incredible view of the Tyrrhenian sea. I highly recommend it, especially if you rent a car.

the breakfast had some tasty items but generally poorer than I would have expected. For my own expectations it had little variety. Almost no salty items. The coffee was very bad. the side tables to the left and right of the bed were plastic - cheap and poorly decorated. The TV could not connect to the mobile.

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay! The staff, especially Sergio, are accommodating and friendly. Now, it is in Pozzouli, so take into account it is surrounded by volcanos. A sign at the door alerts you very cleverly, that you might smell odors ( Sulphur) and you might feel the ground move. The smell was there, but not bothersome. We did not feel the ground move during our stay! We had a sea view which I highly recommend! It is stunning. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds.

The breakfast was really good and there were many choices! The staff were friendly too. The room had good air conditioning.

I booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle. I sent a message through the app when I first booked the room. No reply and when I checked it was too late to cancel. The hotel was full so there wasn't a shuttle, and I would need to pay 65 Euro for taxi to the airport, what time would I like it? I ended up taking public transportation which was pretty good. The property is going through construction. I think the free airport shuttle as a hotel amenity is misleading and should be removed.

Amazing views and the room was very confortable. Are dinner in the restaurant twice and it was delicious both times.

Getting in and out of the property with a rental car was difficult if you aren’t used to driving in Naples, but that is more of a Naples comment then a hotel comment.

Staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Amazing views from the hotel, from the room, and from the terrace.

I felt like what I thought I reserved on Booking wasn't exactly the same room that I got. To be fair, I think it was an issue with the images that were shown through Booking, and not through the hotel themselves. The images were a mix, and it made it seem to me I was getting the hot tub room, but that wasn't the case apparently when I arrived. Also, travelers should note that the hotel is attached to an event center, and it can get loud if they're having an event. It didn't bother us, as we loved the festivity that was going on around us and felt it was part of being in Italy. The PEOPLE ARE AMAZING!

The staff, the views, the service, and the comfortable bed! We booked specifically for the room with the terrace. When we arrived, we couldn't have that room, and I was devastated. I was given another suite but it wasn't what I wanted for our anniversary holiday and I was very angry. If it wasn't for one of the staff members, Ciccio, who took great care of us and fixed anything else he could for us, we would have left the hotel. We started to look for other options, but we were kindly given food and drinks on the house, Ciccio arranged for a driver and handed us over to another lovely staff member when he left. We are very grateful for a wonderful time - all of the staff were lovely to us, I don't remember the ladies' name on reception, but she was also very helpful. Wasn't what I had dreamed it would be, but they did their best to fix it, and good service will always go a long way!!! The views from the communal terrace are incredible, and the bed was so comfortable! They left rose petals and champagne in our room, which was also a nice touch. Thanks again to Ciccio and everyone who made our stay better 🙏 ❤️

The jacuzzi in room didn't work 😕

We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves and we’re treated really well. It was our last day before returning home (6 am flight). The scenery was gorgeous. We spent the entire afternoon and evening in the terrace either having a meal or drinking wine on the comfortable seating areas. The wait staff was very nice and professional. Rooms were large and clean.

With the beauty comes the pain. We came by ferry and because this property is located outside of Napoli, the taxis charge literally double. We paid 70 euros from the marina. The next morning they ordered us a car to take us to airport at 3:30. They told us it would be a flat rate of 50 euros. We got to the airport and he charged us 80. So location was expensive but we agree the view was worth it.

Great view from the terrace. You could easily see Mt. Vesuvis, Capri, Sarento. Super helpful person at check-in name Julia. Terrific attitude by the wait staff. They were all a pleasure to deal with. The room was comfortable, and well appointed and air conditioned. The only disappointment was the restaurant.

Food at the restaurant was dismal.

The breakfast on the terrace was fabulous overlooking the bay, with Mount Vesuvius on one side, Sorrento off in the distance on the peninsula, and the island of Ischia right out in front of us. There were many lovely design touches in this hotel, but the terrace for drinks at night and breakfast in the morning was really the icing on the cake.

Everything was great and so nice! The hotel is beautiful our room was magical the jacuzzi in the room top cherry! Breakfast was great and we loved the location. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to wake up with the best feeling and view of the coast of Naples.

We had just a few copper stains on the sink bathroom also they didn’t have any support on the shower to leave the soaps shampoos and conditioner I would suggest on that big everything was great other than that.
