The villa was located in a remote location, with plenty of peace and quiet. The villa was beautiful, spacious and clean. All the staffs were welcoming, helpful and accommodating. It was a lovely place to stay. We wanted to extend our stay last minute and the staffs were quick to settle us in and accomodated to our needs despite such a short notice. They have a lovely restaurant within the villa and the food served there was delicious and homemade by their personal chef. Kudos to all the staff member for making our stay so enjoyable and pleasant.

The floorboards in the room that we stayed in were a little bit too creaky for our liking. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I'd hesitate to say that it was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. All the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The decor, the ambient music, the wonderful, spacious, cozy room, all extremely incredible.

The only thing I can say I didn't like was the food. The dishes were very well presented, but I felt the food lacked flavor. I can say that from the main course to the dessert I missed the real taste of the food. It's a shame, because for this standard of hotel and all the experience it offered us from start to finish, I would have expected tasty dishes. But I would definitely go back, I would just choose another place to have our meals.

It was a lovely stay. The bedroom and bathroom were very pretty and spacious, and we were upgraded to a room with a private garden and sauna! We were also greeted with an aperitif. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and high quality products - we specially enjoyed the cold cuts and cheese selection. Would definitely recommend!

The experience was very enjoyable! Would only suggest adding a stand/holder for the shower head on the hot tub.

For the price we booked regular room and then got upgrade to the bigger size room with bathtub - it was good.

On the other hand, I would doubt to book it in the high season at full price: 1. The furniture is kinda outdated, you can just feel it. 2. Unfortunately, Staff often crosses the line between "Offer" and "Force" for paid services. 3. The difference between "show" and "be" a premium hotel is so huge, that I felt uncomfortable. 4. Half of options at breakfast menu were not available because "chef" is not there. "Different selection of cheese" is just one type of cheese. Bread, pastry, fruits are not fresh. So seems like "breakfast with menu" looks more like save money on buffet, rather then something "exceptional". 5. I waited for 10-15 min at checkout, because there is not ring bell and staff was in the kitchen or somewhere else.

The property is well organized and has very good parking with electrical charging - 2 lifts - swimming pool & sauna - large rooms and exceptional view

The location is very far specially for people like us who doesn’t drive in such roads specially at night - also it would consider medium distance to go back and forth for activities in Italy. Also the pillow and bed should be more comfortable

Tucked away in beautiful mountains we found this hotel. We got an extremely nice room with a stellar view into the valley and mountains. We were welcomed with a drink even tho we arrived quite late. The staff were super friendly and nice and gave us a very good first impression that never changed during our short stay.

The only small thing negative were some older sockets that were a bit loose.

The villa was phenomenal! The staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, helpful! We had everything we wanted and more. When booking the place we didn't even realize that it was a high end villa, and upon arrival we were blown away by the reception and the luxury it exudes. It was all we wanted and more, much much more

We are too late arrived this hotel but one of staff waiting for our arrive i hotel so we are very deep impression to her and very kindness everything.

we do not ask this good her staff name and we too late arrived there so don't enjoy this good hotel enjoy and pleasure walk way so If we have chance we wish stay there one days.

Amazing team, place and breakfast / restaurant! We came here to see the mountains, but it was so nice, that mostly we just enjoyed the hotel. Rooms / Suites are very generous and have a great interior design. And they have an exquisite wine cellar in the basement.

Beautiful land, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, great private sauna, jakuzzi, Tesla wall connector.

Nothing to mention.
