This Hotel is absolutely top class. For this price we haven't come across the luxury, cleanliness, service and included fabulous breakfast anywhere in the world having travelled many places in the World. The staff have been exceptional in their service. The room was fantastic with a very good ambience and comfort. Everything was perfect. Couldn't ask more

The highlight of my stay was the staff. I don't know if they are professionally trained in Hotel Management college or not , but all of them have a great natural warmth and right aptitude for hospitality. Breakfast was very nice and had reasonably wide variety. On 6 th June morning, the breakfast was shifted to first floor, which was alright. However, I preferred ground floor. Can't provide any specific reason for that.

The swimming pool area can be made a bit more happening and attractive even with same size of pool. Contemporary decor and some good pool music should do the trick. Furniture there also needs attention. The only real bad experience was in the ground floor bar where I went on 4th June evening for a beer. The bill was 683₹, I gave 1000₹ and guy at cash simply returned me 300₹ and didn't even blink. Didn't even ask me if I could pay by card because he doesn't haven change. Or simply apologize and promise that it will be adjusted in next bill or something was. As if correct change is not even necessary. That got me really really upset. Spoke to duty manager and bar manager whose overall approach was just to apologize without any real sincerity and brush the incident under the carpet.

Staff were courteous and helpful without being servile. Most everything else was as expected in the price bracket. Plenty of bottled drinking water was provided with the room. A small touch I particularly liked was that the bedside telephone included a clock and a set of charger cables with (I think) four different connectors.

Soundproofing could be improved; on Saturday night there was loud thumping party bass coming from somewhere, perhaps outside, perhaps within the hotel, which lasted till well past 11 PM. Many small details are getting rather old and should be renovated sooner rather than later (aged furniture, ugly-looking and mouldy bathroom caulking, weathered laminate floor).

Properly maintained rooms,good parking available, restaurant is good.

Food served is Room is very expensive almost double the price than what it is in the restaurant.Service charge cannot be so high.Food needs a llllloooooootttttt of improvement for the price they are charging.Complimentary breakfast was good

The reception, staff at restaurant, cleanliness, ambience etc. were excellent and suited my mood.
