Hotel Sparta is very much Greek-inspired, which comes as no surprise when you learn that it is run by a Greek family. Rooms and hallways are beautifully decorated in Greek style. They even have small olive trees outside. The hotel appears very well-kept, and extremely clean. The kitchen serves Greek food that is fully on par with what one would expect in Greece, a country I have visited more than 30 times. Restaurant staff is very tentative. All in all, the staff appears very service minded, and they speak both English, German (of course), Greek, and probably more. If I ever return to this part of Europe, I will definitively stay here again.

We had a lovely large room with a terrace. Decor was very pretty. Free parking onsite and a good Greek restaurant. Staff were very nice .

Parking was full when we got there. Luckily we found a spot. As people are visiting the restaurant it may be hard for hotel guests to find a spot. It might be an idea to reserve some parking spaces for hotel guests only.

We wanted to visit earlier, but our son was sick. And even while we had a no-cancel reservation, they happily let us come two weeks later. The triple room was really nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless clean. The staff was really friendly and even gave me lollipops and chocolate for our son, which he loved (obviously) 😀 We would definitely come back when we visit Oldenburg.

Brand new, spotless. Well equipped and really good value for money. Even has electric blinds outside the windows if you need daytime darkness.

The doors to all the apartments close by themselves with an extraordinarily loud "thump"! All of them. So from 6:30 in the morning there starts a concierto of "thumps" which is sure to disturb anyone's sleep. This must be remedied by the owner. Then it's a perfect 10 out of 10.

The workers are friendly and very hospitable, very clean and reserved enviroment.

The bigger beds should be single beds not joined, a mini fridge would be great to have in the rooms.

we loved almost everything! Location is really quiet, comfy bed, neat room and modern and neat bathroom. The staff was super friendly too!

We did not receive the bedroom we had book! we were two and got a bedroom for 4 people with staplebeds; a normal bedroom for two would have been nicer! (we brought a doggie so maybe this was the reason why we received a different bedroom than the one we had originally booked)

Modern rooms, very clean. Vending machine (water etc) outside for those who arrive late. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a decent dinner in their restaurant. Own open parking directly at the property. Very nice modern property with a lot of flowers, bushes etc- relaxing.

The rooms and facilities are beautifully decorated with Greek art and the hosts are very hospitable. We arrived at the hotel late and ate at their restaurant and the food was great. Moreover, we received free shots of ouzo.

Great room and well decorated. Good evening meal and breakfast. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Maybe coffee and tea making facilities in the room would be nice for us Brits! 😀. We had a campervan with us, so made our own, as and when. There is a machine in the lobby for a fee however.

Lovely hotel and very comfy room. I was late arriving but was deal with very courteously and quickly. Breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

A kettle so you could make a cup of tea would be an excellent addition. Otherwise all excellent.
