The hotel is located right next to the mall and near most restaurants. We were given complimentary late check out and we’re still accommodated after the kitchen had closed.

There was a mining conference happening during our stay as such I feel the hotel facilities were overwhelmed - there were some issues with the rooms during check in and the aircon in some of our rooms did not work the whole time we were there despite informing the hotel. Our family had occupied 7 rooms of which 3 had no aircon working for the duration of our stay

All is very well and nice and clean and works. the choice of internatinal travels in Kitwe.

Getting koffie in the morning is a chalange. As the acces of the machine is somewhat difficult. And there is so much staff constantly in the way of things that I don't want to raise there attention. So I bouhgt my own instant koffie and quickly eat my breakfast downstars to get my koffie in my room. Would be an recommendation from my side to hire only the amount of people that you need not the double amount. makes things over complicated and because so many extreme friendly staff people constanly want to assist, help or do whatever for you, my upbringing makes me uncomfortable.

The location, parking spaces, overall appearance of the hotel is good. Reception stuff was also excellent when checking in as well as on check out.

The breakfast is fine but the oil that is used for making egg omelet is either reused or a poor grade oil. The desk phone in my room was not connecting to reception and the Wi-fi connection was so bad in my room but working very well at reception and restaurant areas.

The breakfast was top notch the location is superb we were able to view other places in the night and came back quickly because of the location..

The shower drain should be sprayed with vinegar and bicarbonate to clean up the smell I think coming from the linked drainages. Its not a very strong smell but it can be cleaned and controlled..

I really enjoyed staying at GARDEN COURT, the staff members were so nice and polite, and the place was just wonderful. They even did cake for me, on my birthday. I really enjoyed.

Everything was perfect

Very good location. All personnel were very professional. Breakfast is a high level of quality and many options to choose from.

The pool was not as clean as this four-star facility is supposed to have.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall had a very good experience and would definitely come back.

Not much variety at breakfast. I felt that the à la carte menu was also a bit limited.

Great room close by the elevator so did not have to walk half a mile to get to my room. internet worked and beynd the room was cean and fine beds.

a bit noisy airco and the fridge could be 2 degrees more cold. But I am not complaining.

Staff were exceptionably friendly and helpful.

Breakfast options could use more healthy varieties. Fruit, muesli, yoghurt, selections were limited. Still a good breakfast, don't get me wrong.

The staff stood out for me . Very friendly, kind and patient.

The lobby , bar and dining all mixed up. In future think this can be changed .
