The staff is very friendly and attentive. Our room, a junior suite, has a magnificent space , with to balconies with sea views. The resturant offered excelent food at reasonable prices, and have a lovely terrace to enjoy the summer nights. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok but nothing remarkable.

The property would benefit from some renovation, particularly in the bathroom and swimming pool, where signs of wear are noticeable and several tiles are missing.

The place is very clean and the rooms are nice and tidy aswell. The staff are very helpful and ready to help. Breakfast is good and offers varried continental items.

Parking is limited even though I managed to park in the small parking place. I later discovered that in case the parking is full a parking facility is available right in front of the hotel too.

Comfortable beds, good shower, very clean. Evening meals taken in the restaurant were very good although on Saturday evening needed more waiting staff as they knew they were going to be very busy. Check in & out was good & reception staff very helpful.

Pool out of use throughout our stay due to cleaning. Breakfast buffet wasn’t replenished regularly. Service at breakfast was not consistently efficient.

The staff (receptionists, waitresses) did their best, the hotel is small and, therefore, there are no crowds at the swimming pool or in a restaurant. A cosy, calm place to relax.

Breakfast: almost no vegetables, very limited choice of cheese, coffee that you need to order. The rooms were clean, but the restaurant area where breakfast is served needs supervision - the bowls in which tomatoes or fruit were served were simply dirty. And some fruit were not fresh.

Great hotel, lovely little pool, comfortable bed, wonderful tasty breakfast with lots of variety including the most amazing cassata & scrambled eggs. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. One staff member suggested the train into Catania rather than driving & kindly printed off the timetable then took us up to the staff gate so that we were closer to the railway station & we didn't have to walk all the way around up a steep hill, wonderful service, the train was great too, 11mins into Catania for €3.50 per person. They also let us stay by the pool after check out as we had a few hours until our next check in Ragusa, lovely. Thank you for having us.

The breakfast was great . The staff was just terrific. Restaurant very good food with professional service

The smell in the bathroom from time to time . Bathroom was exceptionally clean all the time but the bad smell came from the drains. I do not understand why. No English channels on TV. The technician came but could not fix it.

Breakfast was very nice, fresh juice and fruits, sweet and salty variety. Personnel was very polite and helpful. Room for disabled person very well adapted only in the corridor to the room a bit steep ramp. Great restaurant with terrace with outstanding sea view from high offering also delicious meal and wine. Parking is a bit difficult because people from outside are coming for the restaurant but personnel is doing their best for the comfort of the guests.

Has a nice view and situated not far from the centre.

Our room didn’t have a balcony and window facing pool area. Not much privacy and had to keep curtains closed while we were in the room.

Ubication good to get to some important points of Catania. Near the centre of Acireale by walking to find good places to eat, apart from the restaurant of the hotel.

The restaurant and terrace located upper some rooms was a little bit noisy when cleaning after 23.00 pm.

Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. all areas very clean and the staff friendly and well informed when asked about surrounding areas and information about locality.

The only thing we did not like is that from the room, voices in the corridor could well be heard speaking, and when using toilet facilities, the water could be heard through the walls.
