The hotel is clean and the food and drinks are great. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included, as well as dance shows in the evenings. The main pool is large and there are planned activities such as water polo and gymnastics. The mini aqua park and its pool is amazing and we did all of the slides with our 3 kids. The hotel also has a separate big aqua park which is for free for hotel guests, including transfer with a mini bus which only takes 7 minutes. The aqua park is a must! The hotel is also close to Turkey’s best beach: the Blue Lagoon which is just 10 minutes away with a taxi (for just 10 Euro). The hotel does have a free service to the lagoon; however to the “wrong” side (brackish water) of the lagoon which is not as good as the salt water side of the lagoon.

We loved everything about the hotel; the food is great, however it is important that once puts salt, pepper and other spices oneself.

We had a room in the lux building with dedicated swim pool. Really nice. Especially for couples. Food was 9/10. You could always find something for your taste. I would like to say thank you whole restaurant team and chef Ihsan. Funny guy in the good sense.

One concern we have, there's shuttle buses to the beach and to the Water park, but only 2 times a day TO 10, 10.30 BACK 16, 16.30. Schedule it for once an hour, it would be much better (10 minutes drive one way). You can take a taxi around 7euro cash one way, nobody took my Uber requests. Also in the orka water park you cannot even bring a bottle of water.

I really enjoyed the view. We were fortunate we got a sea view room and at the first building as well. This means we didn't have much stairs to reach our room. This resort is located at a cliff and if you are assigned to a room at the top, you will have to rely on a elevator that may not work on rainy days. We never saw this elevator stopped, but we did not face any rain either. The drinks and food were delicious.

The wifi at the room was really bad. It was not possible to connect. Also, they assigned to us initially a room that was occupied and we had to wait for quite a while for another room. We got happy with the final room, but the cleanliness was not good at all. The bathroom was smelly and it was missing key and basic amenities for a 5 star hotel, such as shampoo. During the whole stay we never got the shampoo refilled.

My recent stay at the Orka Sunlife Resort and Aqua Park was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, the staff, management, and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were spotless, the food was fantastic, the pool area was amazing, and the location was perfect. The manager was especially fantastic, His name was Cetin, he even upgraded our room – he was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'm already booked to return in a few weeks with my husband for a romantic getaway. We'll definitely be back many times in the future; it's an amazing place!

The hotel was clean and provided very good facilities. The choice of food was always excellent. Breakfast was very good. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive and it was easy to engage in good conversation regardless of any language barriers we had. We stayed in a luxury suite with our own jacuzzi in the room and had access to a private pool just for guests staying in the luxury suites. This pool had its own bar for hot and cold drinks and plenty of sun loungers and was much more calm and relaxing than the main pool, so it was nice to have the option to swim and lounge here when wanting to relax away from the busy areas of the hotel. The balcony was a very good size with a full sofa set to lounge on. The gym was very good and had all the equipment we needed. The views from the gym were beautiful. The hotel offers free access to the water park for guests. This is a great day out. There is a shuttle service provided to get to the water park and beach.

the wifi was great on the balcony and in the main lobby area of the hotel but would stop working outside of these areas. The shuttle service only runs in the morning and comes back late afternoon. There was no iron available in the room and the hotel couldn’t provide one unless we used the laundry service. But these were all minor issues and didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable.

Room was clean, spacious and well maintained. All inclusive facilities in the hotel are superb and entertainment team takes care of keeping people busy with fun activities entire day. Orkaland water park is included in the hotel booking which was a plus.

Restaurant service could be better. Staff starts clearing the buffet spread 10-15 mins before closing time and most of the items are already finished and not topped up again. Hotel is spread on a small hill. There is a lift to reach the top but it's very slow and carries only 4 people at a time. Stairs suitable only for people who are very fit and healthy.

We were really fortunate and were upgraded on arrival hotel room and pool were all very clean with good food. The main pool was very busy and we were fortunate to be at the private pool where the bar staff appeared more friendly. The food selection was great the drinks were watered down cocktails. Entertainment and slides were great. Make sure you book both ways for the transfer as it was much more expensive to book in the day at the hotel

All staff were amazing. We had gone for husbands 40th. They gave us a lovely cake and drinks as welcome for him and great room. We tried the spa several times, was welcoming and fabulous. Hair dressers and barbers wete lovely and friendly and couldn't help enough. Food was good and had variety and on going snacks through the day. Was out of the way but no problem with transport. Well recommended and we will return

Great location. First all inclusive experience and the kids enjoyed a lot. Facilities are really good and the staff is great as well. Our room was very high but was allowed for park the car closer so made things easier. Food was great and good variety every day. They kept us fed throughout the day. The free entry to waterpark was good too. You’re still booking through a third party (travel agent via booking.com) and not directly with the hotel. The travel agent desk in the hotel had great deals on tours - we got a great deal on the boat trip. Overall good stay.

The steps to the room and the lift is slow. Aircon in the room was ok - could have been much more powerful.

The two adjacent rooms in the "luxury guest" block were spacious, modern and well furnished with stunning views over the pool and onwards down the valley to the coast of Oludeniz. Multiple options for food throughout the day from breakfast to dinner were available and well used by the three generations of my family group. Breakfast and dinner was a vast array of self service dishes well presented and continuously replenished. The staff in all roles were excellent, attentive, smiling and helpful at all times.

The main pool area was very busy with a huge pool but under furnished with sunbeds, a minor frustration only. The all-inclusive drinks were of limited choice, particularly the cocktails. Didn't drink any the less though!!
