Absolutely fantastic huge rooms

Location close enough but jus far enough away from the hustle and bustle Couple of little issues my tv had colour problems,half way through stay ground floor light switch was faulty and did report to reception and was told would be fixed but never happened Cleaners only came when requested by door sign but having said that didn’t need every day , One other little thing would have been nice to have tea and coffee sachet’s refilled But again no biggy Also think to have a tv in bedrooms in duplex rooms would have been the icing on the cake

We had a truly pleasant and relaxing stay at Residence 222 in Fethiye. Although we initially booked a small room, Mr. Murat went above and beyond by upgrading us, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. That move alone set the tone for what became a memorable visit. The hotel’s atmosphere is calm and peaceful—even when fully booked, you still get your quiet moments, which is exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to find a place that maintains that kind of tranquility while still being in a lively area. Special thanks to Mr. Argod and the friendly lady at the reception—their warm welcome and helpful attitude made us feel right at home. What could be improved: the cleanliness is decent but has room for improvement. Housekeeping needs to be more consistent, and some areas of the hotel would benefit from better maintenance. Still, those are minor points compared to the overall experience. The staff, the vibe, the comfort—it all came together beautifully. I would definitely come back and recommend Residence 222 for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Fethiye.

While the overall experience was great, there are a couple of things that need attention. The cleanliness was okay but not at the level it should be—some areas felt like they needed a deeper clean and more attention to detail. Also, the hotel would definitely benefit from better maintenance—small fixes here and there would make a big difference in the guest experience. These things didn’t ruin the stay, but they stood out and should be improved moving forward.

Location was a surprise it was very central to all amenities as well as restaurant's. There was a great selection for breakfast and compliments to chef and all the wait staff. The rooms were spacious and pool as great! Staff were very friendly and accommodating - great place.

The only thing was sometimes the bathrooms would leak something they need to look into other than that the stay was great.

Thank you to everybody in the Hotel. Especially to Aykuth who was always care about us. The Hotel is very good located, quired but also close to the Centre town. We enjoyed the stay very much and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. See you soon. Best wishes fron Steffen and Edwin

Everything was just perfekt.

This was an amazing experience nice clean rooms and amenities close to the strip and outside Entertainment I would like to personally give the names of all the staff that were super friendly Ali Mesut and ceyhun ,fidan,mehmet,boss murat These staff members were super helpful 5 stars :-)

Property was clean and very calm and relaxing, it was not over crowded and you were able to relax. Staff were very very friendly and always there when needed . They couldn’t do enough for you , excellent hotel I had an amazing stay

The property was in the perfect place right at the end of the strip so shops and entertainment are easily accessable. Also Gamza Tolga eahmet Murat (General Manager) were amazing staff here and very welcoming you must visit this hotel 5 stars

I am very selective and I loved the hotel, it was clean, staff friendly and the music at the pool bar was great

The swimming pools were a bit too cold to swim in during May

The staff where all so helpful and welcoming, The accommodation is spotless i highly recommend. I will definitely be back.
