Could not of been any better excellent location,lovely pool,room,staff..breakfast could of been little more variation but got by with it,no problem.all in all very nice place.

Nothing really,just breakfast(that was included) got bit same for 14 days,only eggs any way you like toast,fruit wich was included you could purchase full english if you wished.

Great location for the shop and nightlife. Every member of staff helped my husband and I feel part of the family from the day we arrived to the minute we left. Lovely pool and pool bar. Breakfast was typically Turkish and the Restaurant Food and the organized Barbecue evening was good value for money.

Kitchen facilities advertised were not available. Toilet facilities for the pool could be more accessible. WiFi not available in the rooms.

Cannot fault the Pinehill hotel one bit. The staff couldn’t have done more for us, we felt welcomed and looked after from the moment we stepped foot and met tanner who made sure we were well looked after during our entire stay. Billy the bar man made sure we were never too long without a drink in hand with his creative cocktails. Definitely an asset to the hotel ! Murat always made sure we were happy with breakfast which was lovely we looked forward to it every morning, the views from our breakfast table were nothing short of breathtaking also. Lastly you must try the reef for some food while you stay here as sherif will guarantee you are well fed and has exceptional hospitality. Thank you for having us at the Pinehill we will definitely be back!

Nothing to fault at all just wish we had stayed longer!

Bathroom and shower was excellent. The staff were attentive and helpful.

We were there for ten days and eventually the piped muzak became quite tedious, on a continual loop, tortuous.

Location to Hisaranu, close enough to walk but far enough away from the noise/hustle and bustle. Good food and beverage selection at reasonable price.

The pool with swim up bar isn’t advertised as being a charged pool daily.

Central to everything. Lovely helpful staff. Evening meals are outstanding. Plenty sun loungers and umbrellas. Grounds kept clean and tidy.

WiFi not in all apartments. Rooms need a wee bit TLC... some of the bedding/towels although fresh and clean had marks or were torn - need to be taken out of circulation. Pathway lighting needs checked...some bulbs out so quite dark in areas.

All the staff were lovely , they couldn't be more helpful. The accommodation was spot on . And the food was very nice , had breakfast most days and it set me up for the day .

We did nt like the deluxe room , as it had a balcony, but you couldn't see out of it as the wall was to high , we asked for a room change and it was done within the hour .

We had a nice mansarda room with a cosy balcony for sunbathing. Not far from the bus station both to the beach and to Fethyie. The hotel itself is not a new but well maintained. Good breakfast buffet. Two swimming pools. Very quiet in the morning.

Air condition in the room needs to clean up. The rest was fine.

I've been coming to Hisoronu for 15 years and stayed in many hotels and villas, my friends and I all agree this was by far the best place we have stayed by far. Could not fault anything. Baz, Billy, seff and all the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were excellent and cleaned spotlessley every day. Location was excellent being just a 2 minute walk from the main shopping/ restaurant strip. Both pools were spotless and an idyllic place to spend the day sunbathing and chilling with excellent attention from the staff who were always there to provide you with refreshments and food all day. We loved it here so much we will definitely be back next year.
