The staff were so friendly and helpful, from the time we arrived there was someone to take our luggage out of our taxi even when we were going home they put our luggage in the taxi. The staff @ reception welcomed us with a smile and were extremely friendly. The waiters were so friendly polite and extremely helpful they couldn’t do enough for us. The cleaners were very nice every day when we got back to our room the was something different made out of our towels from swans to love hearts even made a river on day out of our throw with swans from towels our room was cleaned every day with clean towels.

Great location. Lots to do in the area. Bus and Taxi close by. Great variety of shops , restaurants and bars nearby. Not far from the beach by bus or taxi. Lots of interesting trips to do too. The staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Lovely pool areas and the food in the pool bar was great as were the cocktails.

Bed slightly hard. Food for breakfast was basic but adequate. They cooked omelettes and poached eggs to order which were fantastic.

Location is spot on location for outside bars and restaurants. Had a great room by the smaller pool at the back of the hotel. Friendly staff. Enjoyable Turkish night at the hotel.

Could have done with a bit of music by the two rear pools. Nice breakfast, but hot or warm plates would have been nice for the hot breakfast.

breakfast was ok good choice , poached eggs, fried eggs where lovely. Pancakes good too. It was good having the other two swimming pools Because the main pool gets very busy for sunbeds

our room was lovely, but did feel it was a little bit damp in wardrobe where clothes where hanging ,also a slight leaking tap in bathroom .

Friendly staff.Comfortable clean rooms but sometimes a bit noisy from the road.Trip man helped us book paragliding from a mountain, which was amazing. Great brekkie with the egg lady/man.Liked the bar near the pool x Great pool x Would definitely stay again.

Asked for quiet room and got a road room near the noisey fair x Wasn't too bad most nights.

The staff waz amazing, we could not have asked for better treatment. We stayed at this hotel in the beginning of a 4 week vacay. We forgot a bag when we checked out and discovered the loss first after we came back home, the hotel had stored it in the meantime and they sent it to a relative of mine after i requested it. A big thanks to the amazing hotel manager, and the reseptionist Elvan. I will definitely stay with them again!

Good choice with added luxury of being able to order freshly made eggs however you want them e.g. fried, poached, omelette etc and staff very friendly and always ready to help! Great location based right at beginning if strip! Pool was spacious and clean with island in centre of pool for sunbathing

Location was 2nd to none. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was very modern.

The WiFi wasn’t great, smart TV had no signal & wasn’t connected to the internet. I like a firm bed but the bed was rock solid. The bathroom fan was super loud! It’s confusing with so many buildings and swimming pools… I think they’s another hotel in the same block, as well as the two pool bars have different prices etc.

location was perfect for shops, bars and dining, short taxi ride from the numerous beaches, loved the pool and sunbathing areas around it. The stairs to pool are a little shaky and loose but it's wear and tear. The cable cars on mount Bagadad are a must visit so is Billies beach BBQ twice a week. The restaurant/bar called The Local a few mins walk up the road do a brilliant Roast chicken and it's a good price.

I had an attic room it was a little small but ok as I was alone, the balcony had no shaded areas though, bathroom was compact and a little small, they could do with revising the breakfast menu as it was the same every morning and they don't have bread to make toast it was baguettes sliced up. The place is like a maze because of the shape of the hotel all up and down stairs, although there is a lift its in the middle of the hotel, no good if your room is at the end of a long corridor on a half landing.

The property was very central. It was walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, food at the poolside restaurant/bar was lovely, Turkish baths within our hotel was amazing. The massage was great. Pool was a good. First time in Hisaronu and I would definitely recommend hotel and this part of Oludeniz to friends & family.

The rooms were very basic, we didn’t have a great balcony view it was looking into someone’s house or hotels staff resting area, not sure what it was tbh, but wasn’t the view we wanted from our balcony. Poolside could be bigger with more beds. You get charged for everything, a 2nd key for the room £1, no iron but have a chargeable iron service, safe £20 for a week stay. But I suppose like everything else they are trying to gain back from covid like everywhere else. Turkey not as cheap as it use to be for food/drink.
