breakfast and location were perfect. so many restaurants and cafes near by. staff was very kind and the parking service was very convenient. food in the cafe was soooo delicious. room was clean.
I didn't love the pool...the water was very milky and had a lot of floating pieces in it. also the seating was down the stairs from the pool so walking back and forth was a little annoying and the bar drinks were expensive. they also only played early 2000's music XD maybe it just wasn't my style but many people seemed to enjoy it.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the room exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in maintaining a tidy and inviting space made a noticeable difference. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and hospitality. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was met with efficiency and courtesy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service.
What I didn't like is that, the hotel was a little bit far from the city center, but at least close to a metro station.

Just opposite the railway station, good view, free breakfast and lovely roof top pool with bar. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom had everything you could want. All staff were very nice and helpful
The rubbish bins are very tiny and actually useless and the cafe wasn’t open at sensible times

This was such a nice hotel with amazing rooms. Loved the location. Subway is located right across the street and You are also within walking distance to a mall a daiso and then all kinds of coffee shops cafes anything you're looking for. Would highly recommend if you're going to be in Incheon South Korea to stay here. 10 out of 10

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Convenient location. The attached coffee shop is very nice with delicious pasta and coffee. Bathroom size is huge but could use a less see through door.
Air conditioner took a while to cool the room. Maybe could use an air purifier.

Loved the room , accessibility to restaurants and the subway right across the road! This hotel surpassed my expectations, the room was spacious and had everything I needed, very clean and the best part was the bathroom that had a shower and a beautiful tub. The staff was extremely kind and helpful

Nice hotel! felt safe and comfortable plenty of room for 3 people. Very convenient with the train station across the road. Lots of convenience stores and good food around. Staff were really nice and accommodating especially when we had some parcels delivered to hotel.

Staff at the front desk was very nice. The room was also luxurious. Location was the beat.
The only thing which we didn’t like was the restaurant because they served food only until 18:30, however there were many other restaurants outside of the hotel.
