Very friendly and helpful staff member who spoke great English who recommended a great restaurant and other places for sightseeing. The hotel is new with new facilities. Big parking lot to park your car in across the street. Very near to the local souq market. Basic coffee shop in the hotel lobby. Staff attentive to customer needs (e.g. bringing up bottles on water).

The bathroom was quite small and a bit cramped. The lobby area has automatic air freshener spray machines in it which are very strong, making it hard to breathe while sitting in the lobby. A bit far from Al Ahsa but not too far.

Good location and very friendly staff! Amjad at the reception desk is especially super helpful! This was my first time visiting Saudi Arabia and Amjad was one of the very first people I met in this country. He not only helped me a lot when I arrived at the midghnight but also during my stay in Riyadh. He made our stay so pleasant, I very appreciate.

We stayed one night at Grand Day to explore Al Hofuf. The hotel was clean and new and staff were attentive and helpful. We had a good sleep as the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with amenities.

The bathroom tiles were very slippery when wet which can be tricky for little children. There was only one bath towel provided for us - a family of 3. However, it was a very lovely, soft and thick towel.

The room was massive, the location was good, it was clean. Convenient

The pillows were too big. When I went to Reception to ask for a smaller/softer pillow they sent two guys. One of them removed the pillow cover and told me “now pillow is smaller”. I could not believe it!!! It was hilarious but at the same time surreal. Bathroom was tiny and water gets everywhere. Shower was not great. Please Middle East, close tour showers!

The staff were very very friendly specially the beautiful kholoud, Aziza, Bayan, Marya and rahaf. They truly made this a very welcoming and cozy experience, and gave us great recommendations for local places. The hotel had all the amenities needed and was very very clean and smelled very good. The location was perfect and only 5 minutes away from qaisarya souq, and 5-10 mins from most of the attractions. There's also a starbucks opening soon in the lobby and they have KDD icecream freezer too. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was really caring and kind. It was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Rooms are spacious, hotel is clean and there is even a kid playing area in the hotel.

Nothing. Only a suggestion: It would be better if they start providing breakfast.

Room was clean, luggage storage service, rest area in hotel lobby, quiet surroundings.

Hot water heating system was very slow. It took about 10 minutes to get hot water for showering. No shower screen separating the bath, hand wash basin and WC areas. After taking shower the whole toilet area was wet and slippery.

Nice staff , good location in the centre, availability of free car parking, clean , good WiFi signal, nice lobby with a coffee shop selling Starbucks products & big screen for football life matches ....

No separator between the shower & the toilet area , so once you take shower the water 💦 sprays all around the floor.

A great spot to visit many city attractions. The hotel is well located and you can easily reach attractions at a walking distance. Kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room and bed.
