The young man that was on duty Thursday, December 26,2024 was so helpful. My sister had outpatient surgery that day and we had to stay in town due to the distance we traveled to Orangeburg. Immediately after entering the building her pressure dropped and she was unable to walk to the room. The young man assisted me in getting her to the room. I should not have done it without his assistance. I will always be grateful to him.

There was a bug located on the wall and I did report it to the front desk. I killed the bug.

Breakfast was great

I booked 3 rooms for our group and requested that the rooms be close together. One room was at the end of the hall on the first floor, the second room was at the other end of the hall on the first floor and the third room was in the middle of the second floor. Not very close together. That is basically my only complaint.

The staff, the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the hotel. The rate we paid was a fair rate also.

The people across the hall and some of the surrounding rooms were very loud. This is 100% not the hotel's fault. Unfortunately we were on the 1st floor which can be more noisy also. But this is to be expected since we booked at the very last minute.

The breakfast was good and adequate as it consisted of sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, cheese and vegetable omelletes, a cinnamon roll and orange juice. Cookies and water were available during the afternoon.

The juice machine broke on my second day, so there wasn't juice that day and the third day with the juice machine still down, Holiday Inn provided bottled juices for breakfast.

Breakfast was top notch .. yummy cinnamon rolls , waffles , scrambled eggs and some really delicious crispy bacon along with my brother’s favorite- biscuits and sausage gravy . That made his morning . Ty for that

No small lights by the beds.. odd, can’t recall staying anywhere and not having a lamp of any kind next to my bed . Mentioned this to the desk clerk , she took note of hit . Room 331.

The stay was one of my best stays. Great bed, slept well. Very nice shower head. Breakfast was excellent. Don't think I have ever had as good a breakfast at a hotel. Both people at front desk were helpful checking in and out. Went out of there way to help.

The breakfast was scrumptious and the location was perfect. I was so satisfied and thankful for the time we spent there. It was for two days and I would do it all over again at the same place.

Going through booking.com sucks they tried to tell me I needed to upgrade to have a bathroom in my room .. and charge crazy fees

Clean facility, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Very convenient to get a load of laundry done in one hour

We got the last king size room but it was handicap accessible, a bit inconvenient for us

The breakfast bar was well stocked with lots of choices for any diet. Coffee was great and plentiful. Rooms were spacious and clean. No hidden odors with cleaners or sprays.

Nothing but the price could be less.
