The guest care provided by the entire staff was exceptional. Everyone was very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable, and accomodations were presented in a timely manner. Tasha is by far the best guest care provider! She relates to all guest and takes the time to attend to every need in reason. Tamara took care of our room and service. She made sure our room was exceptionally clean the entire stay! Thank you Tamara and Tasha! And thank you to the entire Comfort Inn family for making our stay feel like home.

Location was spot on, easy to get to. The breakfast was really good. Pool area was nice. Staff very friendly.

There was a huge light outside that was pointed directly to our room 317.... the light was so bright u couldn't look out at night and the curtains didn't even help keep the light out as much as I'd liked. The beds were a little hard but tolerable to sleep but I do like a softer matress.

Breakfast was delicious server was polite and kind staff was all fantastic especially the front desk clerk from the check in to the check out

The only problem was that the heat wasn't working properly in the bedrooms although someone came in and check it out the first night it work perfect but then it went out again but in the living room area it was good but overall it was great

The employees are very friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious. They provide a nice breakfast in the morning and nice seating area in the lobby.

The hotel was under construction/ remodeling which we did not know when booking our room. I'm pretty sure the owners of this particular location would not be happy with the sloppy remodeling in the bathroom specifically. Whoever did it really didn't care about getting paint on a new vanity or on the floor and on the mirrors It was a very sloppy job. Although the bathroom was large you had to go into a door which would shut behind you instead of staying open if you wanted it to be open. Additionally the toilet sounds like the toilet on a airplane, you can hear it through the walls when flushed. You can hear the fan through the walls and the water pressure is really low in the sink and in the shower.

Great location. Nice parking area that was well lit. Staff was polite and efficient. Room was spacious. We had a king suite and loved having a microwave and fridge with a freezer. Bed was comfy with good pillows.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Drapes did not close 100% and light outside shined into room all night.

I like the easy access to my room, i could use the steps or the elevator. Definitely, the free breakfast every morning was a PLUS! Next time I hope i can use the swimming pool. I didn't have enough time.

The spot light from the parking lot that shines directly into Room 301 (had to use clips from a hanger to keep the backout curtains closed in order to block that insane light. Also random weird spots in the bathroom ... rust..mold.... dirt? Dunno. Mild ick factor.

Breakfast was terrible but the location is awesome

The breakfast was NOT good at all!!! The server customer service skills was terrible. It was as if she had an attitude. The grits was lumpy. The eggs was in cubes. I informed her that the cranberry juice was out. She actually suck to the tooth. I watch another young man come to her and asked a question. She was very rude to him. Other than that everybody else was awesome but if I was ever to stay there again, and if I know if she’s working, I will not have breakfast.

The room was very clean, and apparently it had been recently remodeled so it was really nice. I booked the queen suite, it was such a spacious room and the beds were so comfortable. My only issue was the price, compared to a few other places the price was really high but I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area. The breakfast was great I also really enjoyed it.

We were traveling and the location was perfect. The staff were terrific. The employee that handled the well stocked breakfast area couldn't do enough to make sure that everyone didn't go without.
