This hotel is in a great location, right off the highway. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The towels and washcloths were nice and thick. The breakfast buffet was your typical free breakfast offered at most hotels. The only complaint I have would be the lobby/bkfst area needs updated. Booths and chairs needed reupholstered. Other than that, I would stay here again. I got a decent price for my stay.

Minor complaint regarding lobby needs updated

Breakfast was good and the location was good for our needs.

Internet was down when we first arrived, but the check-in was handled as quickly as possible. The internet was back up when we came back from dinner a couple of hours later, so we were then able to use the wifi and had tv access back. We previously stayed at this location 4 or 5 other times in the past 10 years and they had an internet problem once before that was also handled pretty quickly so it didn't disrupt our stay very much.

The accommodations overall were very comfortable. The size of the room was great, the bathrooms were very clean. The staff was AMAZING....they answered all questions and provided awesome service! Even though it was SC State's Homecoming weekend, the hotel was relatively quiet and not "rowdy!" I love this location and this hotel.

1) There were not a lot of variations in the hot breakfast. 2) It would have been good to have an ice machine on all floors. 3) The elevator seemed old and outdated.

I love everything about this stay it just the first time my husband and I visit here I didn’t like the smell of the carpet in the first room we were given but this second time on this date we had a different room and everything was perfect 👍🏾

The location is great, close to the convention center, restaurants, and gas stations. Staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms clean. The best part tho was the breakfast!!, delicious. Will stay again def.

No pets allowed, that's a bummer. The room had a weird smell, like humidity, seems like they tried to clean the carpet but it didn't dry fully, so the floor was a bit moist. A/C was old and loud, but functional.

The breakfast was the worst I have had at any property. Waffle batter had to be removed because it was so watery . The toaster heating coils only worked on one side . There was no microwave to cook instant oatmeal. Sausage was cold . Eggs were improperly cooked and crumbly .

The stay at this hotel was perfect. The check in was smooth and the lady working the desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable. The shower was very nice and the TV was a nice bonus. The breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again

My cousin prepaid my hotel stay. I was there due to hurricane. I was able to leave early due to my electricity and water coming back on. He has not been refunded. Please refund him.

Clean and comfortable

The tub in both Fairfield’s we stayed in this week is dangerous. It is slippery and has nothing to hold onto when stepping out of the tub. My wife fell in the tub in Bethlehem pa. It also didn’t drain completely making it more slippery.

Good breakfast, good location, pleasant staff

Beeping sound from electrical closet next to room 101. Staff tried to fix it but the noise continued all night. Elevator was out of order but not a problem for us since we were on the first floor.
