If not for the cold air blowing down, described below, the room would have been excellent. Staff checking in and out were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

There was a vent high up, blowing cold air directly down to the beds. The controllable thermostat was connected to the heating unit on the opposite wall, and therefore had no effect on the cold air blowing down on us. Since we were only staying overnight and leaving early in the morning, we did not report it. Appears to be a permanent feature anyway.

We left early so didn’t really stay for breakfast but the woman setting up had everything ready at 5 am. What a bonus as my husband was able to get something and we could still get an early start headed to our home in Florida. Thanks so much for the water bottles too. We are always ready to drink water once we are at the hotel. Your hotel staff were outstanding and so friendly. We plan to stay there again next year as it is the perfect location for our drive south after the summer spent in NH.

Not a thing!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They helped us out and went above and beyond. The whole facility was so clean and amazing. It made me feel very at home. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had!

There was absolutely nothing negative I have to say or even that needs to be better. Everything and everyone there far exceeded my expectations. I’ve stayed in plenty of Fairfield Inn and Suites and this location was the best!

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, but close to i95 highway. Beds were comfy and two soft pillows could be arranged in any suitable way. The breakfast was ample and tasty. We liked fried eggs with cheese. The waffle machines were in the good order and the ability to bake 4 separate small waffles instead of a single large one was very convenient. The breakfast room was very clean and well maintained and the stuff was very helpful and friendly. The speed of checkin and checkout was outstanding. We had a good rest after a long drive and will certainly book this hotel again in the nearest future.

The only minor improvement would be a refrigerator with the freezer. At least in some rooms with the option to select a room with the bigger refrigerator if necessary. Other than that we have no negative comments and even this is just a friendly opinion.

Breakfast was excellent, nicely displayed, with kitchen staff (nice, helpful , and professional) available and ready to assist. The room and bathroom were totally clean. The room was very comfortable. And very important, the bathroom had a well functioning toilet which is not always the case in other hotels. All the staff, whether in the reception, breakfast or housekeeping, were very friendly, helpful and professional.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Mu family and I always stop here on our way to Disney World from PA. it’s the perfect stop to break up the drive. the staff are always friendly and the hotel is always clean and comfy. I love that they have a washer and dryer so I can wash my travels clothes that night to wear again in the morning. before we hit the road in the morning, we enjoy their nice breakfast before we continue our ride to Florida. The Fairfield is always my favorite hotel when traveling, they never disappoint.

Marriot is always dependable.

I was traveling with my dog who is afraid of elevators and there wasn’t a ground floor room. I arrived right at checkin time. When I was checking out, that person said something about only queen bed pet rooms are at higher floors. If I had been offered any room at ground level I would have taken it. I was disappointed.

The lady that checked me in made it a pleasurable experience from the start. Also a young lady that was doing a great job with the towels for the pool was so pleasant. This is my go to place when I’m heading home from Tampa. Being gluten free, having eggs and bacon is a staple for me.

Location worked well for us. Enjoyed the free breakfast with multiple hot and cold food. The staff was very friendly.

Location next to the kitchen (early morning noise). The room was for a handicap person so not sure why they gave us that room. , but it was ok for one night.

Warm and professional greeting! Facility was beautiful, clean and had immediate refreshments and a warm cookie! We traveled with an elderly pet and were placed on the ground floor with very easy access to an outside door and area to walk him.
