Location is excellent! Right off 95 and well lit. We checked in late about 8:30pm. Staff was wonderful. We hadn’t had dinner. The staff Recommended a Mexican restaurant right next door that was open until 10 and delicious. Room was very clean, pillows better than most and toiletries supplied higher quality than other hotels. Breakfast was the best out of the last 6 hotels I have stayed in two weeks. Waffles, homemade scramble eggs, sausage and biscuits. However the best was the two women who were preparing and managing breakfast. They deserve not only praise, but a raise!!! I have never encountered anyone more friendly. They put out superior food and were clearing plates while restocking. I would 100% recommend! Such a nice town!

The breakfast was nice. They have two waffle makers, cheese omelet, bacon, potatoes, and all the other usual stuff, like oatmeal, yogurt, etc. The gym was very nice, with all weights, and a good machine, mats, balls, Bosa ball, and several treadmills, all in working order. There was a bottle filling station, with a nice and cool water. There was abundance of green lawn to walk our dog around the hotel, with poop bags available. The parking was convenient and plentiful. When we checked in, they even gave us two complimentary bottles of water, and some treats for our dog (which he refused to eat, but I still appreciate the gesture :-) ) The staff was very attentive and helpful. During the breakfast, kitchen staff was constantly checking on us, and removing dirty dishes from our table, eager to help with any other questions. The room was nice and clean, no bad smell or anything. All sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The AC unit noise was moderate, and didn't wake us up during the night.

Frankly, I didn't find anything to complain about.

Booked a room very last minute around 11pm online (traveling from south Florida to NYC) and was able to quickly and easily check in and go right to sleep!! I had my little golden doodle with me and he was greeted with two little treats! Breakfast in the morning was great as well. I had a hot earl gray tea to start my long drive😊 Also GREAT grass areas outside for pets.

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns, mainly because of the ability to bring our dog. All of the stays have been great. But this location in particular had the kindest, friendliest, most enjoyable staff! Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast buffet attendant, went above and beyond and really seemed to care about the patrons.

The Hampton was very clean. The staff was super accommodating and friendly beyond measure. The room was spacious and priced accordingly. The bed was super comfortable and the stay was overall enjoyable. We will definitely book again when we are in that area.

They were resurfacing their parking lot and that made parking very limited. We pull a 48' trailer behind our truck for work so we need ample space to park. There was no place for us to park at this location because of the work being completed. We had to park in the hotel lot next door for the night.

The safe was superb. Everyone friendly. Willing to assist if needed. KITCHEN STAFF was so accommodating. Ms Pelzer was one cooks last name and the other name tag read Bessie, I believe. Both are so nice. Another young man can't remember his name. Shower gentleman . Worked the whole weekend I was there. Really nice and answered all our questions.

Only complaint, if any, the crib was a bassinet, a little low for my babies liking but not a problem

Location, pet friendly (gave my dogs snacks), very clean hotel, decorated nicely, nice breakfast, every staff member said hi and was friendly (especially the team who put out the breakfast)

Nothing comes to mind. Lately staying at a Hampton inn has become “hit or miss”, where some older locations need updating or the staff not as focused on customer service. This location was amazing.

24 hours security. Operations of hotel room door and methods of security including the way they block the peephole in the door. Microwave in room & refrigerator in room. Very accommodating bathroom/shower Breakfast was good with nice selection of food. Fence around 2/3 of property. Luggage carts available

They had just done an upgrade to the TVs and unfortunately they did not work ....... so NO TV

Breakfast was very nice, and I appreciate the fresh the fresh berries. and the room was attractive, clean and comfortable. Also, the people at the front desk were very pleasant, as well as efficient..

My dream would be to see gluten-free bread available for breakfast (sigh!) and a reclining chair in the bedroom.

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the staff very friendly.

The restaurant I was recommended, was very bad, one of them couldn't understand my order, because the guy on the phone didn't speak English well, and the other one took two hours to arrive.
