Highly recommend! The hotel is quite nice for this region and the size of the city. All of the staff were very much conversant in English, the food was very good, the rooms were clean, bed comfortable, and I felt very much “at home”. Although I was the only foreigner in the hotel at the time, anyone would feel quite comfortable with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the quality of the service, the taste of the food, and the overall experience.

It was very good! Even parking was readily accessible!!

Location: The hotel is ideally located near High City, Abu Khayal Park, Dabab Street, Art Street, and Abha Dam. The area enjoys the coolest temperatures in Abha, comparable to the Al Souda mountain region. Housekeeping: Excellent service with no issues—rooms are cleaned daily and maintained well. Breakfast: Served on the top floor with a beautiful view of the lake. A good variety of items is offered, including a live egg station. Property: Although it’s an older property, it’s very well maintained and shows no signs of aging.

Welcome by the Front desk (Bassem Asiri) was beyond expectation. He was very helpful and went out of the way to answer our queries and accommodate us. As his name means he was a smiling mascot.

The breakfast at the hotel is not upto the standard. Variety of food offered is not upto the mark compared to star ratings. Inexperienced chef or a trainee was serving at the live kitchen counter and he mixed up our order with others due to poor communication skills.

I booked the place for my parents and they were very happy. The location was one of the best in city. It was easier access to most tourist sites. Eventhough its quite old but the service and amenities are decent. The staff was very helpful throughout.

Television internet connectivity should be available. Only Arabic channels are available which was short of expectation as international customer.

Good size room with nice furniture. Spacious hotel with great terrace coffee shop and pool/gymn facilities.

Limited options for breakfast and dinner. Italian restaurant was not open in evening.

The hospitality of the front disc, the location of the hotel and the view of the mountains around the hotel also the luxury of the rooms of the hotel with the classic furniture gave me a since of greatness really thank you so much for such an atmospheres

Not enough electricity plug in room, especially no plug next to bed table . No umbrella in hotel. I guess is better to have shower instead of bath

We liked the property. It is by the Dam, lovely lobby and outside spaces. The rooms were very spacious. Staff were great.

A bit tired in places

You can consider this hotel a historical landmark by now. I like they kept the place in its classic roots while updating the infrastructure.
