Property was very clean, near to all the attractive location like art street, view city, dabbab walkway etc.. Rooms were spacious, kitchen is updated… Room service staff is very very friendly and helpful

They mention breakfast available while booking but there is no such things…. They don’t have any facilities of restaurants and food…. No supermarket near by….

It was clean and updated…. Near to all the attractive location within 1 -2 km away.. kitchen items are available like cooking stove, oven, kettle, and a utensil so that can make ur breakfast.. room service is good and staff is friendly

The hotel is located at very beautiful place, opposite to high city. The staff is very professional and humble. Staff treat all customers with respect and hospitality was great. The room was very neat and clean.

Need more cleaning of sofa in living room.

There should have been an oven.Kettle was not clean.They didn't provide extra sachet of coffee when asked even we stayed for two days.Room was clean.But there was some smell of cigarette or something which I informed the cleaning guy and he provided air freshner instantly.Reception guy was good.Breakfast was just Khubs & an Egg sunny side up with cheese and salad.Not bad.Room was neat and clean.We enjoyed well the stay.Location is very near to Highcity,Art street and view point.

The cleanliness is consistent, that was our 2nd time in the hotel..i just miss the good smell of our room from last year.im not sure if that was the air freshener or something..i didn't smell anything during our stay this year..but over all the experience is still great, still the most clean hotel we stay here in saudi.

The button of the shower.i had a hard time shifting the button from faucet to shower..🤦‍♀️

This was at the most prime location at Abha. Right at the center, 2 to 3 kms away from King Faisal Mosque and right opposite to High City. The hotel has parking besides.

Wonderful polite staff and super clean, comfortable place. I loved that they delivered breakfast to my room every morning.

There is some noise from the street at night.

The location was excellent for the hotel as you have a lot of restaurants and other amenities around you. It is on the main road so if you want to go anywhere you have easy access to go. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooney was nice man that helped a lot.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. I wish you'd make it cheaper on the prices without breakfast because it was not worth advertising breakfast when it isn't much and it adds no value to the price.

The price from the hotel directly less than booking prices , I just respected my reservation with booking so did not cancel it.

The facility was excellent especially due to its location at centre of city and close proximity of visiting places for tourists

Nothing specific expect they have to improve room services with respect to refilling of general items to be provided by hotel to the guests
