Where do I begin? We have stayed at so many holiday parks in Australia... this was creme de la creme!! An amzing brand new beautiful deluxe double room cabin on high stilts overlooking the most gorgeous pristine pool and Out back surrounds, with glorious cours of the sunset before our eyes. New and top of the line washer (dryer in one) did hard work for us as we were touring through the Top End. It felt worlds away from the rest of mankind yet had all the luxuries of a most comfortable 2 nights after all day canoeing at the "must see and bucket List" Katharine Gorge. I would dearly love to go back and take it all in one more time! Thank you team, and thank you for the kind late check out at 12 noon! We loved our stay beyond words....!!

Email confirmation had check in to 1800 on the Sunday, had a phone call to say we would be in lower unit which was a little disappointing initially as we had anticipated the elevated units, but fine in the end. Mentioned we were still 1 hour away but when we arrived at just before 1700 found reception closed at 1600. A phone call to after hours number directed to text which gave us access to the key safe, but was curious as why this was not mentioned during the earlier phone call. Otherwise a great location and would happily recommend to anyone.

Location and accommodation wad excellent

I cannot understand why the office hours are so limited. It s the middle of the tourist season, the fact that the office is only open between 9 and 4 is ridiculous. Most tourists are travelling or booked on local tours which leave way before 9am and arrive r return after 4. These hours do a disservice to Discovrry parks, as visitors do not have access to local knowledge or tourist information which is usually available during checkin. I think that extending reception hours is a must, we were not the only guests with this opinion.

The owners have invested a lot of money into this place and have refurbished the front part of the park which includes brand new raised cabins with excellent fittings and amenities. As part of the upgrade it includes a large pool with a bbq area. It is also situated on the road that leads to the Nitmiluk National Park and Gorge.

Landscaping needs to be completed around the upgraded part of the park as it tends to be a little dusty from new construction earthworks but I am sure this will finished shortly.

We were staying in the new bungalows (close to the exit and entry). It was cozy and modern. The wood interior was very nice and the facilities were clean. It was very convenient to have a dryer/washing machine. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice for sunsets and will look even better when spring comes and the flora matures. It was quiet and serene.

It wasn't very close to the city center. The kitchen area was a bit small (especially the sink) which soaked the surroundings.

A lovely warm welcome by Kaitlyn on arrival. She’s a wealth of information and a keeper. Our cabin was large and very comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was already on for us when we arrived. We had a hire car so the accommodation was in a great location for visiting Katherine Gorge (about 25 minutes drive away) and Katherine township (5 minute drive). We were able to use the laundry facilities there too ($10 a wash). New cabins have been built around a new pool that will be ready by December 2023. I highly recommend Kumbidgee Restaurant nearby for great food and ambience.

The shower didn’t seem to have any hot water only lukewarm at best. It was ok because the days were so hot but not great at night.

New units around pool simply stunning. All new fitout so we had everything we needed, super clean and very comfortable. Great aircon. And welcome received from Manager was warm and genuine

Staff explained why swimming pool closed at 7pm, maintenance etc, but it would be lovely if it could be open till say 9pm to allow for evening relax after full day of exploring the gorgeous Katherine Gorge

Warm welcome from reception staff. Easy parking. Lovely studio apartment. Quiet site. Great pool with shade and seating. Pool towels in studio. Comfy bed. A/c and ceiling fans. Overall cleanliness. Fantastic shower and bathroom. Good bedside light. Birds in park trees. Spacious seating outside on balcony in shade. Washing machines on site $5 a load, although I was too busy seeing sights to use these.

Basic tin opener definitely needed upgrading as extremely difficult & dangerous to open cans.

The cabin was very new and well equipped. The Park is out of town on the way to Nitmiluk National Park. Beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean.

These new cabins are located close to each other with little privacy on each deck. There was minimal shade over the nearby pool area. Some landscaping around the cabins would be lovely.

Always like staying here. Its a different kind of caravan park with the rooms on stilts and they have new rooms which I haven't stayed in yet, but they look great. Comfortable and clean, couldnt fault the accommodation.

The cabin I stayed in still smelt of cooked meat from the previous guests which I understand can happen. Just needed a good open up.
