We had a wonderful five day stay at Chinor Hotel in Andijan. The staff were very helpful, with enough English to manage all our requirements. Arranged pickup and drop to station which was a help given our luggage. There is a corner store directly across the road and a large supermarket a few hundred metres. With Yandex we had no problem getting to and from the hotel. The standard rooms are very comfortable but we updated to one of the junior suites which was incredibly spacious: it was not available on booking.Com but we were able to request with the hotel at a very reasonable additional cost Breakfast is included and is excellent. Different of course to an American breakfast but lots of choice.

The Wifi is poor, but given that you will have a local Sim so you can use Yandex, it doesn't really matter.

We stayed one night and loved everything about this hotel. It is still new, very we'll finished, modern and clean. The staff are exceptional in every way, helpful and professional and just nice! The rooms are a great size, cool and comfortable when hot outside, the bathroom is lovely, big as well. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. The swimming pool was refreshing after a hot and dusty day outside, everything advertised and offered was present in the room we were given. We found a decent range of options at breakfast, all the food was tasty and well made, the kitchen staff were also helpful and professional too. We knew the hotel was not in the centre of town, but didn't realise it was in a busy commercial sector - this made breakfast on the outdoor terrace became smoggy as the traffic increased, but inside it was fine. The room was very soundproof so noise was not a problem. I am happy to recommend this hotel and we will stay again when next in the city of Andijon.

The one thing to improve is the coffee!

We stayed 2 nights in mid September at Chinor Hotel, Andijon while touring the Fergana region & towns of Andijon, Margilon, Ristan, Kokand.. Fabulous hospitality by the family esp their handsome sons who run the hotel. They helped us buy our Canon charger, send us to the bazaar, arranged a day trip to the towns of Fergana region & Misha, the son offered to accompany us on the road trip as the driver does not speak English! That is hospitality at its best! Thank you guys. All the best & may we meet again. 🌸

Amazingly new and clean hotel. This hotel is so close to the Airport and Train Station. Food and service worth separate attention! much thanks for Abdullo at the reception for helping me check in quick and being such a friendly guy after a long rough trip. Defo will stay again in this iconic hotel with my family next time)

It was great hotel to stay.

The person who was on Saturday didn't smile and was not quite accommodating. The fridge was not working despite the multiple requests from staff. We had to throw away our groceries. I really hope the management will look into this. Thanks

The staff is wonderful. They make you feel at home. In fact, the whole experience of staying here was simply fabulous. I'm planning to stay here again on my next trip to Bishkek.

The hotel is really good and delivers value for money. Central location too. Pool and gym.

The breakfast can improve a lot! A hotel this category deserves a much better breakfast.

The mattress is pretty hard. Saw too late that it can be turned to make it softer… the breakfast could be a bit improved…

The staff were extremely helpful and dealt well with our issues. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was so new that the lift had not yet been installed. Rather expensive.
