Glamping with genuine Fuji views straight from the tent on a clear day! Our toddler loved all the lights at night time as well as the remote controlled ceiling curtain for star gazing. Minutes away from a really nice Onsen, kids play area, a 7/11 and some of the local caves.

As nice as the lights are, they're on a timer so the floor lights around the rim can make it difficult to get kids to sleep (we switched it off at the fuse as the only way to turn them off). Breakfast was the same each day and not particularly appetising (cold ham & egg sandwich, chicken sandwich & yoghurt).

I had visited Japan previously and not seen Mt Fuji as the weather conditions did not allow. On this visit I wanted to maximise the opportunities to see Mt Fuji and this site looked perfect. Initially I thought it was a little expensive, but then there was a sale on Booking.com and for one night I couldn't resist. The site was practically empty when we visited so it was super quiet. The view of Mt Fuji was perfect at sunrise, we took a huge amount of photographs. The domes were a great size with plenty of space, the shower was good. There were tea/coffee facilities in the dome also. At night all of the domes were lit up (on the outside) in changing rainbow colours which was visually effective. Breakfast was boxed, we took ours with us as we had a deadline to meet, but there was a restaurant area at reception where we could have eaten, along with the facility to make hot drinks. There were bbqs available for each dome, but we chose not to use them. We discovered a convenience store about 10 min away and we love trying all the options there so we brought food back with us.

The site was surrounded by a high chain-link fence which obscured the view for photo taking. We used chairs from the bbq hut to try and get above this, but it was a minor irritation. Inside the domes are floor to ceiling curtains which the website shows as opening so you can see the view from the bed, however, ours did not open properly. Again a minor irritation as it was cold so we needed the curtains shut to keep in the warmth and were able to take pictures from outside anyway.

The globe had really comfortable beds and was overall a really relaxing environment. Loved the location and the facilities.

It’s hard to tell when booking which location of globe you will get and some have an obstructed view of Mount Fuji while others don’t. It does also get really cold so you have to make sure you run the heaters for at least an hour on a cold day. Also be aware that the heaters shut off automatically in the middle of the night so you’ll have to turn them back on in order to not get too cold.

The place was really pretty and the bed was so comfortable! Went there for my partner’s birthday and we enjoyed ourselves especially since the place was near everything we wanted to go to. The food was good and the people working there were all very kind and listened to my inquiries and requests patiently. Will definitely come back again when they improve their bathroom and heater.

The air conditioner could use some improvement. As the other reviews said, the room can get really cold at night (and really hot during the day). Shower head was also broken so the water pressure was kinda weak.

Room is so clean and so peaceful. The two staffs who are responsible for cleaning and taking the trash out is so friendly and kind ☺️. Far from the attitude of front desk staff who let us feel we are not welcomed.

The guy who is on the front desk. I felt that he didn't like foreign guests. I can tell how he makes faces ( that's the worst) every time we try our best to explain or tell something in nihongo. He didn't even smile or reacted gladly having us there.

This was such a fun experience to stay in a glamping situation. The room was quite spacious and the curtains surrounding give you plenty of privacy. The view of Mount Fuji is gorgeous and unobstructed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a lot of fun.

We were cold even with the heater on the maximum but there was ice outside so maybe it can't overcome minus temperatures outside.

Great views and nice and close drive to all of the other major locations around Mt Fuji to explore. The bbq facilities were great and staff were very friendly, even helping us de-ice our car windscreen in the mornings 🙏🏻

Only thing it was missing was a bidet 😜 but the chainlink fence in front on the mountain impeded views a little when out the front of the cabin. It seemed unnecessarily high 😅

The whimsical decoration was exciting. The clear exterior made the viewing even more pleasurable unlike other glamping establishments. It was enough distance from the main road to feel the camping vibe but not too far to feel like you cant access necessities. The staff went above & beyond for us to be able to check in even though we missed the check in window. We are very grateful!

Amazing staff, amazing Mount Fuji view, really exciting iglu-type rooms

Location. Oh man, that is a problem if you relies on bus to ride between thia hotel and the city. Need to rush breakfast to not loose the 9:01 bus. And need to come back by 5pm, its the last bus that covers the road for that hotel. So sad, so annoying.

There's a bathroom with a shower inside the dome. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent!

The fabric of the dome curtain had a very strong smell that gave me a headache so I wasn't able to sleep well. I wished they opened the windows for a couple of hours before we arrived so the airflow inside to release the smell.
