Excellent location, just a block away from the historic center, very quiet, modern, newly renovated rooms, comfortable beds, welcoming, friendly staff, parking right in front of hotel, nice restaurant on premises serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Perfect location to experience Varazdin's historic old town.

Breakfast had lots of salads and vegetable dishes that were more suitable for lunch buffets than breakfast. Would be better to focus attention on ensuring that the eggs, both scrambled and basic fried, stayed hot in the serving tray. Both mornings, the eggs were cold. Would also appreciate crispy croissants, a way to toast bread., and warm pancakes. This hotel is trying hard, so I hope this is taken as constructive feedback.

Location of the hotel is within walking distance from city centre so we didn't need to use our car, and parking is available at all hours. Room was beautiful and comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. And everyone of the staff that we met was efficient and approachable.

Just a few really small observations. The thermostat in the room wasn't adjustable so you can't additionally warm up if you want to use that beautifull bathtub. It is near the window so it is rather cold and bathwater cools really quickly. There is no light in shower just what comes from main bathroom space and that's not a lot. And the coffee machine in dining room is a bit small for breakfast rush.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it ideal for exploring the city, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which is a big plus.

However, as a hotel advertised as pet-friendly, I believe the rules should be more accommodating for pet owners. Specifically, dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, which creates inconvenience. In classic restaurants, it’s common for dogs to be allowed in restaurants labeled as pet-friendly, so it would be great if this policy could be adjusted to ensure a fully enjoyable experience for all guests.

The hotel room was exactly as advertised, and incredibly comfortable. Food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, and not too expensive despite the quality. Also, photos make the portions look small, but we weren't able to finish all our food. Finally, the staff spoke amazing English and were great.

The sauna experience caught us off guard a little. We were told to come down in our bathrobes and slippers, and once we got to the sauna, we were given a towel to sit on and a sheet to wrap up in. There was no privacy to do so. The saunas all had glass walls, the showers had no walls, and everything was in a single open area. There was nowhere to change or rinse off in private, and there were several people who were naked. That said, we had a great time and did relax. We just weren't expecting it to be like that. All the guests were extremely respectful, no one was weird or staring at others, and I would recommend it. Just be prepared for the atmosphere.

The hotel looked modern and elegant, I hear that they renovated it a few years ago and they really did a good job. The room itself was clean, with a big and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and a coffee maker which is always a plus. The staff was also kind anough to provide us with a cot, which was cute and had really pretty sheets. The breakfast was very good, in a nice restaurant. It could use a bit of variety, but everaything was delicious. The parking was free and there was enough space. The hotel is a walking distance from the city centre and it's right in front of playground, which is convenient if you have kids. The staff was kind and helpful.

I have two small things I didn't quite like. The hotel has no balconies, only small windows, which can be a bit claustrophobic since the room was also small. I can understand why our room had no balcony, since it was overklooking the ventilation system (I'm guessing that's what it was) which was buzzing all the time, but since it was hot, there was no need to open the window. Also, there was only one receptionist most of the time, which was not a problem 99% of the time, but just as we were checking out, another guest had a complaint and we had to wait a long time for it to be resolved.

The hotel is very beautiful, stylish, and modern – surprisingly so given its location. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The bed is large and very comfortable. There’s plenty of storage and surface space in the room. The bathroom is roomy and features a large shower.

The hotel feels a bit out of place in its location 😄

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of food choices. A need to have more cutlery on tables (a suggestion). The staff were very polite, pleasant and professional. We really appreciated the cheerful and fantastic lady Mirijana on the 5th floor who was always very conscientious in making sure we had a clean room and towels. A wonderful worker. Thank you!

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city's main attractions, with just a short walk away. Despite its compact size, the room was cleverly designed, making excellent use of every inch of space.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, amazing view from the windows. Windows opened wide which is very important for us. Very nice breakfast and the hotel is located in a good area. Highly recommend to anyone. Hotel was also extremely clean and stylish. Local shop right next to the hotel and a short walk to the city center.

The hotel is very near the old center, it is a nice moder building, big room, stylish, wonderful big bathroom, all amenities available. A very pleasent experience!

I am wondering who drinks the 3 in 1 nescafee, that is offered in the room. Also, how comes that the cheese, ham, cereal are not covered at the breakfast buffet?
