Arrived at the hotel and was checked in by a woman who spoke English. Several staff here speak English, so that's great! The room was fine, quiet, and the air conditioning worked. Very good breakfast, buffet style. I mostly had fruit and yogurt, but I noticed meats, veggies, and breads. Probably more foods that I didn't notice! There's juice, tea, coffee. Very relaxing with a TV playing with scenery from around Slovenia. The second morning the woman overseeing the food spoke English and pointed out the honey to me. Excellent for my tea! Hotel is in a good location, about a 10 minute walk from the train station, walking distance to explore the town and castle, and a few minutes walk to an indoor shopping mall. There are many cafes and stores nearby.

There is a casino in this hotel and when I tried to go in, the door is locked. A receptionist whose English was not as good as the other staff said that one must have a reservation to go inside a casino. A little odd for me, coming from North America where we just freely walk inside casinos and choose a slot machine or game table. No further instructions on how to make a reservation or how one gets to access the casino, but hotel lost an opportunity for me to drop some cash there!

The property is well kept and very clean. The rooms are small but well maintained and up-to-date. The breakfast buffet was on par with other European hotels at which I've stayed. The location is excellent if arriving by bus or train and is close to everything there is to see in Ptuj.

The walls seemed a little thin so I could hear voices and music from the on-site casino, but fotunately it didn't go late in the night.

Great room, very spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was super comfy It is very close to the center ( and a lovely bakery near by). Good parking lot The toilet room was separate from the shower, which was great. Unfortunately, there was no sink with the toilet, not very sanitary... Staff was amazingly helpful and nice. They took our loundry and gave our clothes back washed and dry. Breakfast was pretty good and nice that you can go until 10am. Pretty good shower, much better than in most of the places. Bed was super comfortable. Location was perfect. Thanks for everything.

There was some mold in the shower's walls, didn't bother us for two night's stay but looks nasty and can become an issue later. There were some construction work going on but they didn't start too early so it was not a problem. Walls are thin and you can hear everything from the corridor which sometimes waked me up. These are small things, we enjoyed our stay anyway.

The casino is closed off from the residential part of the hotel by sliding doors so you don't notice it at all apart from the decor. Staff very friendly. Rooms quiet, clean, good AC, modern bathroom, comfortable beds. Breakfast perfectly adequate. Free parking behind the hotel. Central location.

The single rooms seem to have thinner walls but nobody was noisy. The exterior of the building is shabby and decorated "casino-style" and there is no lounge area but so what if the rooms are clean and comfortable? (Carpets in hotels - even much more expensive hotels - are never spotlessly clean!) I don't understand some of the negative reviews: people seem to want 5-star at 3-star prices.

Air conditioner worked well. Great location to explore from. Room exactly as on pictures and description (except the flowers, there are no flowers). Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Clean. You can go gambling at any time if you have insomnia.

Massive spider on the ceiling at reception. The pillow was uncomfortable and annoying, punching bag at best. The room felt small. View is basic.

Great place for business travelers. Located in the center of the city; hotel is clean, well taken care of with amazing and friendly staff. Breakfast they serve is nice and coffee is really good. Hotel has a parking lot, so you can park your car and walk around the city. Many thanks to staff and Bojan from reception desk for proper welcome and hospitality. We will certainly come back and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Ptuj.

The location is the greatest advantage of the hotel and the rooms were surprisingly quiet although it stands close to a busy intersection. There is a parking behind the hotel, but make sure you book it beforehand, as it is not very big. The personnel was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. There is also a casino downstairs in the same building.

The breakfast was nice and various, the room was cozy, and we really like the space and style of the shower. The staff was kind and friendly. The mirrors are just being a good idea to make the spaces more large. We enjoyed our stay, we'll definitely use this property in the future when traveling to Italy by car.

The bed was a little bit softer than it's good for us, but this is just a preference topic, not really something being negative.
