Highly recommended--ideal location close to the river/city center; fast and efficient communication via WhatsApp with host Andrej (off-site), used door code to enter then another code to get room key, no problem. Room was stylish and clean, very comfortable. I didn't use the communal kitchen but was impressed that there was a washing machine, kitchen and outdoor patio area for guests to use. Location quiet. Sustainability efforts a huge plus, too.

Smelled a bit like plaster upon entering room. The only other suggestion I have is to add body/hair wash-soap to the bathroom.

The location of the apartments was great - a quiet street very close to the centre of Maribor. We had an excellent check-in experience and enjoyed our three nights staying there very much. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Our host was very responsive to messages we sent. We had a great break in Maribor and wholeheartedly recommend Becycle Sustainable to other travellers.

The room was clean and had a stylish interior. There was also a kitchen available for cooking, which was super convenient. We appreciated the small terrace, it was a perfect spot to work. The host was very kind and helpful with all our questions. Great location close to everything. We recommend getting breakfast included, it was superb and served in a lovely cafe nearby.

Our stay at BeCycle was perfect and the owner was very caring and willing to help at all times, always answering messages in very little time. The accommodation is modern and spacious and super well located, just 5 minutes by foot from the center but in a quiet corner of the city. The check-in and check-out are very easy and quick and the room was very clean as well. Definitely a really good choice to spend a few days exploring the city and the surrounding area!

The apartments are 5 min. walking distance from Maribor historical city center, nicely renovated, airconditioned and safe. Free parking during weekends is available practically at the doorstep (Smetanova ulica). The host is very responsive. Promoting sustainability is a big + :).

The entire apartment was very clean with one exception: silicon sealant in the shower really needs to be changed as it is mouldy here and there. Otherwise, nothing really to complain about.

The building is about 5 min walk from the centre of old Maribor. Plenty of cafes for coffee or drinks and food around. Andrej, the host is very helpful and approachable. He reaches out to inquire if all is OK. 👍 The appartement is in an "industrial" type style. All you need in the kitchen is there. Place was very clean.

Although the interior design is fun, the bed room of our room (nr 11) was in the top of the room accessible through an unusual staircase, which might be scary to climb in the middle of the night, if you need to go to the bathroom.

Nice design and theme of the whole building. Good modern room with AC, Breakfast at Nana's was also great with 3 sets to choose from. Superb bed, had a great stay! Good info via whatsapp about the process (host was not present) :) Public parking was safe and spacious.

It was awkward getting to the sleeping loft (balcony) due to the low roof and steep stairs. Shower walls could've been a bit more clean. Minor stuff.

Good location right closeby the university. Awesome vibe due to the unique style with lots of details (bicycle parts, seats from recycled clothing etc.). Spatious room including kitchen, modern interior.

Shower could have been more clean, unfortunately no shower wel or shampoo provided. Entrance doors for the individual appartments are shutting quite loud, people walking or talking on the hallway can be heard clearly as well.

Super friendly kind helpful owner and available at all times, room 10 was very cozy. The location is very good since it is located in the center and you have a store nearby. Shared Kitchen was clean and had everything you need(even snacks). Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The washing machine was very handy. check in and check out was very easy. 100% worth the money and will stay here again in the future when I visit Maribor.

the stairs in room 10 is something you need to watch out for especially if you’re a tall person.
