The room itself was very nice and everything was done with good premium materials. If you get a room within the complex that has an interior garden that's an added bonus as the interior garden was cozy and well maintained. Everything was clean and comfotable.

The bathroom was really not practical somehow. The walk in shower would not drain properly and leave a puddle because of how the floor tiles were put. The sink even though cool was not the most practical. The air conditioning works only with closed doors and windows and I think it didn't work because we had the bathroom window open which we didn't understand.

Great location in the old, pedestrian only area of town. If you're arriving by car, perhaps call ahead to the hotel so they can advise on parking. The location is very convenient for walking around the old town. Comfortable room and lovely breakfast spread. We stayed in a garden room which was just off of the square and down the hill. Great restaurants affiliated with the hotel. Getting a taxi can be challenging but it was much easier when we had the staff call ahead for us.

The cleaning staff were a little inconsistent in regards to when they came by and how much they did.

Excellent location in the heart of Maribor. Courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are beautifully designed. Special discount for guests, redeemable at the restaurant next to the property. Good food and drinks!

From a logistics standpoint, I recommend that the property provide clearer information regarding parking. Upon our arrival, the GPS led us to the entrance of a pedestrian area, which can only be accessed after registering the license plate and contacting the reception. Once this step is completed, the parking lot is located a short distance from the property. Payment is made at reception during check-out. We suggest adding a small fridge in the room. If you're traveling with children, it's very helpful to be able to store some refrigerated food. Breakfast is fairly basic but made with quality ingredients. Given the standard of the hotel, it would be appreciated if the selection of savory options could be expanded, perhaps by including some local products.

Great location by the riverfront and the square, very nice breakfast options and the garden is a very lovely place to sit outside. We also appreciate the complimentary red wine and water.

The control of AC on the wall keeps blinking 'DOOR' on the screen and the smoke detector on the ceiling has a super bright red light in our room.

Beautiful but tiny room. Comfortable bed.

Part of the hotel is across the street. There was loud music playing outside. Parking is a nightmare if you travel alone and don’t know the streets because apple navigation doesn’t find the spot. I was not offered fresh eggs during breakfast but other guests were. Next time will pick another place.

The room and location was excellent, with everything in comfortable walking distance. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

With the accommodation itself, nothing ... it was excellent. The initial check-in was tricky though. We certainly didn't expect that we would be permitted to drive into the main city pedestrian plaza to check in - we eventually parked the car and called the hotel to receive entry instruction.

The hotel is situated in the top center of Maribor! When you contact the stuff for the first time, they will request the number of your car, so that you could obtain permission to drive straight through the pedestrian area! They have secure and super convenient parking few steps away and also a nice, working till late restaurant. Everything in this facility is well thought of and very well done!

- Location is very nice and central - Design of every detail was fine tuned and super nice - High quality materials used which gave and overall quality feeling to the place - Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - Breakfast from local ingredients and home made bakery as well as local cheeses and meat products - room had a bottle of local wine as a gift and had a Nespresso machine for a morning coffee

- Garden apartments are located approx 200 meters from the hotel where you have your parking. This may be unpleasant in case you have a child and a lot of baggage and it is raining for example. (We had to do the roundtrip 3x times to get all of the toys etc up to the apartment however it was ok for us as the sun was shining) - the shower had a bit of black patch in the corner which looked like fungus and there was a substantial amount of dust under the bed

Stylish hotel in the heart of the city, perfect to explore the centre. Convenient parking located right to the hotel. Very helpful hotel personnel sharing useful information how to reach the location, despite the road construction, not a problem at all. Rooms modern and clean, beautiful patio with maples is a hidden gem.

The room was quite small for two people, but acceptable for a short overnight stay. It was a bit too warm and stuffy in the room and the air con didn't seem to improve the temperature. Breakfast could be a bit more diversified. for the price you pay.
