This place is so cute, and it has so much character. We loved everything about it. The room was exceptional, the decoration was amazing and every night we enjoyed the jacuzzi and little sauna. Great place, I would recommend to anybody visiting Trancoso. It’s also very well located, within walking distance to the Cuadrado, supermarkets, pharmacies and cafeterias. The staff is super welcoming and nice!

We loved everything about the property.

Great Pousada with nice rooms and a great pool. The staff is super lovely and the breakfast delicious, especially the fresh fruit, the grilled banana and the tapioca.

We had to pay the money via bank transfer beforehand which was a bit tricky but worked out well in the end.

The property is kind small but beautiful and cozy. It only have 6 rooms but definitely is worth to book and considering staying there because the staff and location is off the hook !

we loved our stay in Trancoso! The pool is very nice and relaxing, the plants & decoration around the pool turn it into a little paradise. Breakfast was great as well!

it’s a 20 min hike from the square and 20-30 min hike to the beaches, but we didn’t mind the hike.

It was like described, no surprises. Very nice staff, room was perfect. Breakfast too!

The responsiveness of the person on whatsapp for all our requests and the location which is still close to the center.

We didn't like the fact that the photos on booking didn't totally match what we had as a "suite" when we arrived. Wall with marks, sheets with stains, old-fashioned bathroom with traces of damp on the ceiling. Of course, the sheets were immediately changed when we asked for them, even though the manager confirmed that they were clean, but you don't pay for sheets with huge marks on them, especially when you're paying for the "suite". What's more, we were greeted in front of the hotel after a 15-minute wait, because the person we were waiting for couldn't hear the bell and didn't speak a word of English, which meant it was impossible to communicate with her or ask for anything.
