Personel is very kind and helpful, the location is great, closed to different places. Breakfast is delicious.

The elevator still broken, We went a month ago, they have not fix it yet, is uncomfortable use stairs carrying your luggage.

Not too expensive compared to other nearby locations but for the quality of room/hotel could have been slightly cheaper.

Room wasn’t completely clean, some stains on the wall and A/C control was broke so couldn’t change the temperature if we wanted to.

I didnt get his name, the guy at the front desk was very kind. I needed a copy of a document he printed it for me, i was in a such a hurry.

Airconditioner wasnt powerful enough for the double room.

I like the location and it was a secure place to stay

Cleanliness of the matresses,bed sheets and blankets were not too clean at all. I mean they were clean but they had a lot of old stain which was disgusting. My recomendation will be... If they can not remove those spots eventhough they washed please don't use them again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they provided all the assistance needed. The hotel was good, the rooms were a good size & the beds were comfortable.

Not enough blankets were provided & they could do better with the breakfast.

I booked through BOOKING.COM and the quote did not include the tax amount unbeknown to me. To avoid surprises, that should have been clarified upfront.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms and the whole facilities were very clean. We enjoyed our stay and definitely planning to stay in this hotel on our next trip to chihuahua.

No change. Lots of stuff was okay, not great, but it's okay.

Need more towels per room and also towels are suppose to have goles in them. More "simple" rooms, with no refrigerator nor microwave. Have more options available.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied menu.

Small gym without maintenance. Weight machine not working, it was tied up with a cable. I did alert the attendant who stated " they would look into it".

This was a pretty good model of the brand, as seen in the States. I enjoyed my stay here, in a location beside many stores and restaurants.

A bit outdated for some, but very comfortable. A bit expensive, but had no problems here.
