Still my preferred hotel in Joensuu. The location is amazing, overlooking the river and just in the town center. Superb staff and service. I highly recommend it to any visitor to the area.

I would love it if they included a dinner service at the restaurant. The experience I had during my stay which coincided with the Biathlon Competitions was just amazing. They served dinner only on that occasion!

The hotel situated in the city centre of Joensuu. Close to the shopping centre and the railways ration is 5 minutes away. Rooms are always clean, bathrooms are super duper. Modern and comfortable. Extra bedding and pillows are available on request. Towels plenty. Lift from ground floor. Breakfast is excellent. Variety of hot and cold food. Drinks, yoghurt and cereal, fruit you name it. Stayed in this hotel several times and will not hesitate to book it again! 😊

- The location was remarkably in the centre, everything (stores, restaurants, shopping centres etc) was walking distance. - Breakfast was good, room was clean, staffs were friendly

- Minimal services and amenities - Breakfast should be an option with lower prices when making reservation - Small pillows. Need to ask in advance to have extras - I asked for a king-size bed, but instead they still gave double beds. No idea whether they it or not

When someone had book a room for more than one day and if he/she wants to change a room and if there is any room available, it's better to change. Or if he or she has to be in the same room, at least the room has to be cleaned and all sheets, towels have to be changed everyday. Thanks so much for your unwavering service !

The staff were nice and the the room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty good, but nothing spectacular. Garage parking was available for an extra fee. Overall, the hotel had very good value for money.

The bathroom smelled a bit during our stay (although I want to underline that it was very clean), but since everything else was just fine, it didn't really bother us.

I really love the welcome and all the questions that I had get answers. The personnel are here anytime you want, and that is really much appreciated. The place is also close to the train station and that's also really good.

Superb location and value. Cozy atmosphere.

Sufrace materials are old. I really don't mind, this is just something that happens over the time. Other things are more important than brand new surfaces.

Walking distance to Joensuu Tori, restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, shopping, businesses, bars, and riverside walking parks. Very dog friendly hotel. Best choice of hotel for us. Quality breakfast buffet.

My first key card did not work.

Easy and friendly check-in experience. Clean and quiet room with comfortable beds. Everything just worked for spending a night.

The expectations wasn't very high for the city's most affordable hotel, but they were exceeded.
