Kaiserhof Victoria is a lovely hotel with a great history in a fantastic central location. Both the room and breakfast was very good with a wide range of items to chose from. Breakfast is served in a very nicely decorated breakfast area full of old world charm.

Pretty old building, lots of renovations down to make it up to todays standards of a hotel
Old furniture and materials in the room setting. Room was dark like in the late 80‘s. No amenities (tea pot/coffee machine I. The rooms). I asked for a kind size bed or an overmatrass to keep the 2 separate beds together- these were not available after 8:00pm

Very underwhelming rooms, long sprawling corridors and a breakfast buffet where the food selection and sophistication was lacking compared to the location and the price.

Good facility. Excellent location. Good value vs price
Despite a large fair in town and many restaurants closed the hotel refused to let me have dinner at the bar although there was plenty of space. They agreed finally to cook me a steak and have me carry it into my room. Poor solution to simple problem.

Breakfast, location, thermal pool.
Very homophobic owner - he suggested that we had two single rooms as he couldn't stand the idea of two men sharing a double bed - we declined the two single rooms so he sent housekeeping to separate our double bed into two singles. Obviously a very hateful man.
